家庭的な雰囲気の素晴らしいホテル！　マスターのヤジョさんはじめスタッフ全員が素晴らしいホスピタリティ！　ヤジョさんは日本語ペラペラなので日本人にはノーストレスです。
ホテルは実際に住んでいた家をリノベーションしたとのことで部屋も家にいるように落ち着いて過ごせます。
朝食は一人一人にトルコ料理を沢山用意してくれて食べきれません。
もともと陶芸会社とのことで、今でも少量ながら製作しているため、ハンドメイドの伝統陶芸品が格安で買うこともできます。
我々はヤジョさんの計らいで、カッパドキアを朝立つ前に気球ツアーに行くことも出来ました。
日本人には安心できるオススメのホテルです！

日本人には最高です。
Pros:

色々なお店に近く、気球やサンセットで有名な絶景スポットもすぐです。
オーナーが日本語ができる方なので安心して色々相談できます。
アクティビティも各種こちらで頼めるようです。

Cons:

バスタブがあって良かったのですが、お湯を貯めるときに切り替えの部分が弱いのかシャワーも止まらず苦労しました。シャワーをそのままにすると床に流れてしまうのでずっとおさえていました。きっと治るはずなので問題は無いのかも。

Le meilleur hôtel durant mon séjour, avec un personnel tellement gentil et attachant que j’ai eu de la peine à partir.
Pros:

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le jeune homme à l’accueil est extrêmement réactif par message, très chaleureux et gentil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, super confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût.
On ressent vraiment l’ambiance d’un hôtel familial où l’on se sent comme à la maison.
De plus, l’emplacement est idéal. Je recommande sans hésiter !

・場所は街の便利な所にあり、周りにはレストランも数多くあった。
・家族経営だそうで、スタッフは誰もがフレンドリーで親切。気さくに声をかけてくれた。
・オーナーは日本語をしゃべり、英語が得意ではない私は、安心して色々なことを聞くことができた。
・ツアーの紹介もしているが、決して押し売りのようなことはしない。
・洞窟ルームに泊まった。近代的な部屋と違って使いにくさもあったが、それが洞窟ルームの雰囲気と味わいだと思う。
・朝食は種類、量とも多く、おいしい。
このホテルに泊まって本当に良かった。多くの人にこのホテルに泊まってもらいたい。

Highly recommend this exceptional property.
Pros:

We have stayed here twice in 3 years. Lovely family business. Our host Furkan has exceptional communication from initial booking to in person friendly chat. Extremely helpful. Organised our balloon flight which was an amazingly professional comfortable experience. Recommend also local restaurant Tuma. Would easily return here as it feels like visiting family.

格雷梅周遭的私人包車旅遊服務，和熱氣球的飛行體驗，皆是透過旅館代為安排，小老闆的英語溝通能力佳，這點幫了我們不少忙。
