Great location and beautiful surroundings
Pros:

The staff, especially Leo were very kind and attentive, being very communicative and flexible when our travel plans changed! Beautiful views, near enough to Tam Coc for facilities and really close to Bich Dong and other attractions, yet quiet enough!

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel confortable avec un personnel adorable et très serviable.
Pros:

Très bon séjour ! L’hôtel est confortable, propre et agréable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, la piscine est vraiment sympa et le personnel est extrêmement à l’écoute. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés pendant le séjour et ont même organisé notre transfert vers notre prochaine destination, ce qui était super pratique. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Rien de particulier, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Tout était parfais, l'emplacement au calme, les chalets superbes et confortables sur l'eau. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. J'ai eu des réponses adaptées et efficaces à toutes mes sollicitations, la réceptions c'est chargée des réservations, visites et transports. Le staff est très accueillant, amical et professionnel. Tout le monde parle anglais. Merci de votre accueil

Place is located in a quiet location but it is still pretty close to tam coc. Path to our bungalow was flooded, because of that staff gave us an upgrade to even a better room, on the highest floor. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was very nice with a great view on the nature. They had a billard table in the lobby. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Sometimes water in the bath was cold

Un hotel fantástico con un personal maravilloso
Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla, las vistas de las formaciones rocosas, la piscina, el personal... todo.
La habitación es grande, con mucho iluminación y limpia.
El personal te asiste en lo que necesites.

Cons:

El hotel está algo alejado de Tam Coc, para comer solo hay un par de restaurantes cerca.
Tam Coc está a media hora andando, lo cual si hace bueno tampoco es tan lejos.

I super loved the room! I booked for the Waterfront Bungalow and it was worth it, the design was great, clean, and I got to feed the fish around the pond. I had a lovely stay!
