Pessoal muito agradavél, chegamos as 10h da manhã, fomos tomar café da manhã que foi nos ofertado de graça. Logo depois recebemos nosso quarto as 11h, bem mais cedo que o previsto.

Cons:

Malgré l’excellent emplacement, nous avons été très déçus par l’expérience au restaurant. La réduction proposée était appréciable sur le principe, mais le service a été très désagréable : serveurs moqueurs, rires et remarques manifestement dirigés vers nous, ce qui met franchement mal à l’aise. Le comportement envers notre fille a également été limite : un chien circulait librement dans le restaurant et, alors qu’elle le caressait, un serveur m’a simplement dit que « le chien n’aimait pas ma fille », sans autre explication ni gestion appropriée (un chien non tenu en laisse dans un restaurant pose question). La nourriture était de très mauvaise qualité ; malheureusement confirmée le lendemain avec une intoxication chez notre fille de deux ans. À noter également un manque d’aide de la part du personnel (refus de rincer des doudous plein de vomi nous avons dû payer 1000TL un service de laverie).
Deuxième point le savon payant à la piscine pour se laver !!!!!
Troisième point le sol pas déneiger à l’extérieur, le risque de chute grave est bien présent avec les escaliers pour accéder au point de vue le matin !!
Dernier point, la grotte de la salle de bain s’effrite, avec des résidus dans les verres à brosse dents, ce qui est désagréable, même si cela peut faire partie des contraintes d’un logement troglodyte.

Εξαιρετικές σουίτες στο πιο κοσμοπολίτικο σημείο της Καππαδοκίας. Επαγγελματίες σε όλο το φάσμα. Τρομερή υποδοχή, πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία, πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια.

Cons:

Ο χώρος του ΣΠΑ δεν ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στο επίπεδο του υπόλοιπου καταλύματος. Χρειάζεται λίγο αναβάθμιση σε εγκαταστάσεις και υγιεινή.

Habitación muy grande y bonita. SPA agradable.

Cons:

Hacia muchisimo calor en la habitación y no se podia controlar la calefación. Además como no hay ventanas era imposible bajar la temperatura. Nos quejamos el primero dia pero solo han hecho algo al tercer dia.

몽환적인 환상적인 호탤이었다. 화장실 바닥이 따뜻하고 추운 날씨인데 방은 따뜻했다. 3인실과 2인실을 빌렸는데 3인실 방은 실내 방 크기도 넓고 욕조가 있어 좋았고 벽난로에 나무를 넣어 불멍을 즐기는 여유도 느껴 넘 좋았다. 호텔의 위치는 괴레메를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 높은 위치에 자연 동굴로 이런 호텔에 묵는 체험과 호사스러움은 추천하고 싶다. 직원들은 친절했고 조식은 너무 맛있고 신선한 야채와 과일 정성스러움이 느껴지는 아침 이었다. 이 곳에서 본 눈 온 풍경은 절대 잊을 수 없을 것이다. 괴레메의 특이한 풍경과 체험은 너무나 멋진 추억을 남겼다. 그리고 우리는 범마다 터키식 사우나 스팀 사우나를 즐겼으며 채크아웃 후에도 늦은 밤 이동전 사우나를 즐기며 호텔을 이용할 수 있었다. 모든 점에 감사드린다.특히 무거운 짐을 들어준 직원과 친절하게 대해준 여자 직원에게 감사함을 전하고 싶다.

Wer ein spektakuläres Hotel mit Spa sucht und Heißluftballons am Morgen von der eigenen Dachterrasse sehen möchte, ist h
Pros:

aufmerksames Personal, top Lage, super Blick auf die Heißluftballons von der Dachterrasse und kurze Wege in die Stadt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot, geräumige Zimmer. Viele freie Parkplätze vor Ort, Sauna und Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und schön gepflegt, zudem in den Abendstunden wenig besucht. Frühstücksbereich wird auch kurz vor Ende 10:45 noch vollständig aufgefüllt, Sauna ist auch kurz vor Schließung um 23Uhr noch vollständig nutzbar bei über 80Grad. Man kann alle Ausflüge und Angebote bequem über das Hotel buchen, viel Hilfe und Information vor Ort.

Cons:

keine Heizmöglichkeit im Zimmer (Zeitpunkt Sept. Nachts 10 Grad), viele Stufen im Hotel (kein Aufzug, für Koffer tragen wird aber Hilfe angeboten)

A very good hotel which could even better with a few small tweaks

Gardens and sitting areas were beautiful, staff very accommodating in our request for upgrade due to special occasion , rooms were authentic and comfortable

Cons:

One member of staff less professional than others - tried to overcharge us significantly when buying wine .
Wine prices especially were ridiculously expensive for the quality of wine .

Spectacular
Pros:

The hotel was spectacular! The rooms were very clean and very well facilitated. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. The views were spectacular too to watch the sunrise with the beautiful hot air balloons in the sky. Absolutely stunning and and unforgettable experience with the hotel. The pools both indoor and outdoor were stunning, spa and sauna as well as traditional Turkish Hamam were all available and very easy to access.

Cons:

Internet connection wasn’t that great in the rooms. Only particular spots.
