We had a three-floor suite with jacuzzi which was nice. Lower floor was completely unusable because it was too cold. Middle floor with jacuzzi was fine after they brought in a space heater. Upper floor had nice king bed that was very comfortable. The location was nice and walkable to restaurants and sites. Spa was very nice. No jacuzzi in spa (just a cold plunge pool) but heated pool with steam room and sauna. Limited seating options in spa.
Too many stairs. Very difficult for people with knee or joint pain. Very cold room. Had a fireplace but wasn’t able to use it. Breakfast buffet was strange. French fries, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage in tomato sauce, and lentil soup. Plus cold options, cheese, veggies, fruit, etc. Only had orange juice on first morning. Concierge was also frustrating. I wanted to book a hot air balloon for a specific date due to weather forecasts and was pressured to book sooner in case it was cancelled (and it was) and had to be rescheduled for the date I originally wanted (which was the only date during our trip that balloons launched). Because of the concierge I couldn’t book other tours because I was on stand by for two days. Stairs to spa, breakfast, restaurant, room, everything. Construction right across the street. Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno molto grande e dotato di ogni comfort. La colazione è molto buona e davvero abbondante, sia nell'offerta dolce che salata. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro di Goreme. La mattina della partenza, dovendo partire molto presto e non potendo di conseguenza usufruire della colazione, l'hotel ha preparato uno snack con bevanda per il viaggio, servizio molto gradito!
L'unica nota negativa è che nella spa la piscina interna non era riscaldata, quindi in inverno diventa un po' difficile usufruire del servizio.

Amazing room. They kept the cave authenticity whilst still being modern enough to be comfortable and luxurious.
Beautiful spa area which was always empty. I had a massage which was incredible! The masseuse kneaded me like she was mad at something and I thank whoever enraged her!

The hotel was in a nice location with good views of the balloons and access to amenities.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Being able to contact them via WhatsApp was really useful - and allowed us to easily request things like the fire being lit for us in the evening
We booked a presidential suite as an upgrade and loved the room except for one thing- the toilet did not have a door, just a curtain which didn’t fully cover the gap and didn’t block out smells, noise and visibility so lacked privacy.
Breakfast had a good selection - only thing we suggest improving is the quality of the coffee.
The spa was closed whilst we were there so unfortunately we couldn’t access this but the staff did let us know before we arrived and gave us compensation (25%) for this.
Lovely facilities and layout. Comfortable, cozy cave room, yet modern. In-room amenities included jacuzzi tub and fireplace in reasonably-priced room. Spa access included sauna, pool, turkish baths. Staff was very helpful throughout stay, even before check in and after check out. Coordinated both private and shared airport transfers. Location was up on a hill with a direct one block walk directly into town with restaurants and shops.
Nothing the hotel could control. Government reinforcing a natural stone chimney nearby so temporary scaffolding.

The layout of our room was great and there was an excellent tub with hot water always available. The bed was comfy despite being twins pushed together. Breakfast was decent enough. We enjoyed the wine in the courtyard but was told this was only as a welcome drink but we were able to have it twice. Staff when encountered were lovely. The location is excellent for central Goreme and easy to find. The power in the shower was also good. There was a resident dog Rachel who was so cute and lots of cats that seem well cared for.
Sadly the spa was closed due to a collapsed wall, while this was really disappointing to us we did negotiate a discount to account for this. It was very snowy in Feb and all areas were slippy and not had sand put down which wasn't ideal, especially as there are glass circles in the floor so they become very slippy. Due to the collapse there was a lot of construction noise that started before 7.30am each day which wasn't enjoyable. The curtains are not great and therefore a lot of light was in all the time as the outside of each room is well lit. The cave ceiling creates some dust and falling of tiny rocks so our case got dirty and the drapes on the ceiling you realise are needed and not to be pretty aesthetics! One of the shower heads leaked and couldn't be used. As said, the wine taps are not free flowing all the time and we had to prove we hadn't had it before!

Those are some HARD beds! I do wish your website discribed what rooms are real "Chimney" rooms and what are not.
