Đặt phòng trên booking bao gồm có ăn sáng, nhân viên báo ăn sáng bên nhà hàng Long Hà nhưng thực tế quanh đó không có nhà hàng Long Hà nào cả?
Phòng quá bẩn, k có khăn tắm, k có dép đi trong nhà, không có nước uống ? cốc uống nước để quá bẩn bám bụi không dọn ? giá phòng gần 2tr nhưng không có nước uống cho đến lúc mình hỏi nhân viên thì nhân viên vẫn báo không, một lúc sau nhân viên cầm lên phòng mình 2 chai nước và bảo em nhầm c đặt phòng trên app sẽ có nước uống? cái này chỗ nào cũng phải có nước uống cơ chứ nhỉ trong khi mình đặt 2 phòng và chỉ mang lên 1 phòng ( 1 phòng 1,3tr và 1 phòng giá 1,9tr), dịch vụ quá tệ, sảnh lễ tân quá bẩn, có mùi và ồn vào, bể bơi cũng bẩn và hình như không được lọc nước thường xuyên, nhân viên lễ tân kém, khách đến k hề ra xách hộ đồ cho khách và xách đồ lên phòng cho khách, so với giá thành này sẽ có nhiều lựa chọn khác ok hơn nhiều, quá thất vọng và không bao giờ quay trở lại. khuyên các bạn khác có đọc được những lời này nên tránh xa home này ra để tránh những trải nghiệm k tốt như mình.

We booked a 2-night stay but decided to leave after just one night. The hotel was in terrible condition. The bathroom was not clean, with ants and dead bugs. There was mold and fungus in all the rooms, stains on the furniture, and large insects flying around inside.
Communication with the reception was nearly impossible. The staff didn’t speak English and were rarely present at the front desk. The breakfast area was dirty and unappetizing, and we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. The lobby and surrounding areas were also littered with trash, adding to the overall neglect.
The entire place was completely run-down and looked nothing like the photos online. A very disappointing and uncomfortable experience, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
