اسوء مكان سكنت فيه للاسف ارق طول الليل

لا يوجد شي جيد بالفندق فقط الموقع والافطار لا باس

Cons:

النظافه سيئة جداً والمكيف لا يعمل ولم يتم اصلاحه من الفندق جابوا لي مروحه ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات الفندق لا يصلح للخليجيين ابد

In my opinion this hotel has no redeeming features. The place is in a desperate need of a thorough clean. My room was not serviced prior to check in. Previous guests had left food and drink in fridge, there was a cotton bud on side table, mirror was streaked and foggy and bottom sheet had a wrip in it. Breakfast which is basic is served at 9am which is far too late if going on tours or have an early flight. Day 1 bread was not there at 9am day 2 no cucumber and limited tomatoes I saw the reception guy coming up with them at around 9.15am Day 2 table I sat at had crunbs over it. Napkin dispensers were empty both days. Didn't bother going back for breaksfast. I spend 4 days in total Day 1 I arrived late days 2-4 I had tours booked which meant I returned late. Had it not been for that I would have looked for another hotel. I don't believe the hotel is manned at night which can be dangerous should a fire break out. There would be no one to coordinate an evacuation.

A perfect stay in a downtown hotel in Trabzon
Pros:

Location excellent, downtown Trabzon but a long way to the beaches. A lovely welcome from the owner. Comfortable rooms. One of the rare hotels I have been in where everything works. Excellent breakfast. And great value

Nothing. It was all perfect!
