Galata Zade Luxury Boutique Hotel

The room is entirely different from the images mentioned above, the room is full of stains and bad smell also we booked for a AC room and when we checked in to the room there was no AC and the receptionist is saying its a non ac room, and the owner did put that on booking.com, his communication is bad so he didn’t understand hald the thing we said to him. Worst hotel stay in my life. Tiles are broken, mould on the washbasin, stains on the floors, I really had a bad night

For the price I can’t really complain about anything.

The fact they ask you to pay by credit card but on arrival they have no machine. So if I had no cash. I would have had to move and look for another hotel. This is really bad. It should be reported to booking.com 👎

It's not hotel it's room's

The fridge didn't work. The radiator was leaking. I have stayed 10 times before. I lost my passport on the way to Manchester Airport. So I couldn't arrive. They never gave me a free night after all the times I had stayed there.

Very small rooms, no storage for clothes

Everything. The hotel is pathetic. Checked in after 12 only for me to find out that they gave me a single room when I booked a "deluxe, Double room" it was supposed to come with two beds. They eventually gave me another room which was still very small with an old sleeper couch that could not even open. There was no extra bedding for that. When I went to ask, they gave me a throw. I told them that my son is coming and we can not share the bed. My bed was creaking. With 1lousy duvet. That moment Istanbul was very cold. I actually got sick the second day because they said they did not have extra blankets, the aircorn was not working. They still said they do not have an extra blanket. I could have died of the could so I had to sleep with clothes on everyday.

I had booked for 7 days. They never cleaned even once. Trash was piling up, I took it out and put it.next to the door, the caretaker came for me in the evening to tell me I must keep my trash in the room or take it out of the hotel. Who's job is it to take out trash? Bedding and towels were not changed. The hair dryer was not working. No fridge. No safe. No hotel toiletries. They do not even offer water.

In my history of traveling, I have never encountered such..
I had paid that room.for 2 people. I had to book another room for my son which means I ended paying extra and did not get any refund or discounts. At some point they changed the wifi password without telling us.
I would never ever ever ever recommend this hotel to my worst enermy I could not wait to get out of there.
