Very nice place in Hoi an, good price and great location
Pros:

Very nice and spacious room! Bathroom everything perfect! Location is great, just a 10 min walk to old town.

Cons:

There was a cockroach in my room, but the woman immediately took care of it for me, so that’s good

Pros:

Absolutely loved this place. It's a family owned hotel and they invited us to their end of year party in the lobby where we were given as much food and beer as we could consume. We had laughs and conversations into the night. Best hotel hospitality I've ever had

It is actually like the photos...for a change!
Pros:

Great find, a room that actually looks like the pics! Clean & comfortable ( softer bed which is rare in vietnam) lovely welcoming hosts, such a pleasure & helpful with everything you may need - Google translate is never an issue for the wonderful Vietnamese! Coffee facilities, mini bar & cheap! Toiletries, lots towels etc, nice little balcony - we only went to Hoi An for the day but stayed three days as the place is Amazing! Vibrant, colourful & Fabulous Vibe - a few mins walk across the bridge to the old town with lots of shops, eateries, massage places etc - would highly recommend this place as its one of the cleanest & comfiest in vietnam for the price paid was definitely worth it 👌
