Pros:

L'emplacement proche du métro. Proche de tout. La taille de la chambre.

Cons:

L'isolation sonore et le chauffe eau qu'il fallait manipuler à chaque douche. Le confort de la douche avec le savon fixé à l'extérieur.

Dovrebbero essere più organizzati.
Appena sono arrivato sono stato 3 ore sotto la pioggia perché nessuno mi rispondeva.
Per fortuna ho un’amica di Istanbul che è riuscita a mettersi in contatto con loro, altrimenti sarei rimasto senza stanza alle 11 di sera

Le personnel à l’écoute mais rien de durable n’a été mis en place.

Cons:

J’ai du changer de logement dès mon arrivé car l’état général n’était pas conforme à un logement recevant du public. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, de l’humidité dans toutes les pièces, les draps sales ainsi que le sol. Des travaux sont nécessaires pour accueillir du monde et ce n’est pas digne d’un logement sur Booking.com. Il fait froid car il manque de l’isolation au niveau des menuiseries. On entends tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur. Il y a des cafards et j’ai eu en trois jours ‘des boutons sur le visage. J’ai été bloqué dans l’ascenseur et les escaliers sont encombrés. Le propriétaire n’a pas été conciliant ce qui m’a obligé à rester. C’est la pire expérience que j’ai eu de ma vie. Je ne recommande pas, c’est clairement malhonnête.

Few months after booking we come there and there's no name, there's no reception, the phone is not working, he's not answering messages. Neighbors called him he said he didn't have a room for us, we had to find a new hotel on the spot after traveling all day. Avoid this scammer.

Некоректен мениджмънт, когато пристигнах на рецепция нямаше никой и се наложи да търся друг хотел за първата си нощувка. Пералня, телевизор и котлони не работят.До края на престоя ми не бяха поправени.

They didn't allow us to enter, no reception, no response, stayed at the street, and had to book a real hotel, the promise to refund the money then refused now.
لم يسمحوا لنا بالدخول، لا استقبال، لا رد، بقينا في الشارع، واضطررنا لحجز فندق اخر، تم االاتفاق بإرجاع المال ثم رفض الارجاع.
Нас не пустили, ни регистрации, ни ответа, остановились на улице и вынуждены были забронировать настоящий отель, а обещание вернуть деньги теперь отклонено.

Cons:

Fake place, not recommended at all to think about, already called support for the money to get back to me, they stay never happened because no real hotel or response just thieves, took the money and nothing.

Everything was great😍

Everything was great and had all the amenities of a home. The access to the metro and shops was good. The hotel receptionist, Mr. Maher, was very friendly and kind. If I travel to Istanbul again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.🥰

Fantastičan apartman u Istanbulu
Pros:

Od prvog trenutka kada smo došli domaćin je ostavio fantastičan utisak na nas. Dočekao nas je ispred zgrade, pomogao oko kofera i objasnio sve u vezi sa apartmanom na licu mesta. Sve dodatno što nam je bilo potrebno tokom boravka je obezbedio u najkraćem mogućem roku. Gostoprimstvo kakvo se pamti. Apartman nas je dočekao uredan, čist, kompletno opremljen i identičan kao na fotografijama. Lokacija se pokazala kao odlična. U neposrednoj blizini se nalaze veći i manji marketi, trafika za dopunu istanbulske kartice za prevoz ukoliko želite da idete busom ili Uber, koji je uvek brzo reagovao. Ocena za domaćina i apartman je čista desetka.

Perfect choice for visiting Istanbul
Pros:

We stayed at Nour Suite & Residence for one week and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay — the reality fully matches the description. The room is cozy and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The host is kind, welcoming and speaks English well, which made communication easy.

The location is also convenient, with Osmanbey metro station just a few minutes' walk away. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Nour Suite & Residence to anyone visiting the city!
