Reception staff, specially the pretty young lady in the morning shift(unfortunately felt embarrassed to ask her name) and the gentle man in afternoon. The 24 hours coffee and tea. Fruits in breakfast and different kinds of cheese. Location.

The up slope of road from hotel to main street not good for old . The non refill of water and toiletries in room .

Отдыхали с сыном 10 дней в июле 2026 года.
Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Номера чистые, хороший свежий ремонт. Все как на картинках. Отличные завтраки с панорамным видом на море. СПА отличное. Тренажерный зал, бассейн, сауна и хамам. Все работает и очень хорошо заходит после долгих дневных прогулок по Стамбулу. Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый. Место тоже очень удобное, тихое и не далеко от основных исторических мест. Все что нужно для отдыха.
С удовольствием рекомендую этот отель!

I would recommend that property to my friends.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Nice view from the 7th floor. Location is perfect too. Transfer to IST was nicely arrange by the staff. Free tea and coffee is an memorable bonus of the hotel.

Cons:

Surrounded streets are busy with stree vendors, quite difficult to walk by. No cell phone charges in the room.
