Pros:

- L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal: très proche des transports et des zones d'activité
- Très bon petit déjeuner
- Personnel très accueillant et toujours disponible

Pros:

Free tea and coffee 24 hrs per day. Hamamatsu and spa.

Cons:

Toiletries were not refilled until we asked. 2 cups of water were only first day and never refilled.food of breakfast was poor, the same every day ( not as written in reviews) .hardly move in room as there was one king-size bec and another ( unordered) bed.air condition is central so we were unable to adjust to need.

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο που θα έπρεπε. Χαρτιά υγείας δεν έβαζαν. Έπρεπε να ζητάς. Ο κλιματισμός δεν επαρκούσε για την θερμοκρασία της εποχής. Είχε ζεστη στο δωμάτιο.

Frühstück: große Auswahl
Location: sehr nah von der S-Bahn

Cons:

* Als ich das erste Mal ins Zimmer gekommen bin, war das kleine Duschgel bereits zu einem Drittel benutzt (wahrscheinlich vom vorherigen Gast). —> siehe Bild
* Jeden Tag habe ich darum gebeten, mein Zimmer sauber zu machen. Als ich aber nach einem langen Tag ins Hotel zurückkam, wurde das Zimmer nur oberflächlich aufgeräumt. Es gab jedoch kein neues Duschgel, kein Klopapier etc. und die Dusche hatte außerdem immer noch Seifenreste. —> siehe Bild
* Spa: türkische Bad gibt für Frauen nicht, da es von einem Mann durchgeführt wird.
* Die Ausstattung der Zimmer würde ich eher mit 3 statt 4 Sternen bewerten.
* Hotel-Telefon funktioniert nicht.

Excellente localisation et excellent rapport/qualité prix.
Pros:

À quelques minutes à pieds du grand bazar et du tram. Localisation parfaite. Piscine plus grande que ce que l’in pensait. Spa ( surtout quand il est inclus dans le forfait). Petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Empressement des serveurs à débarrasser les tables avant même que l’on ait terminé son petit déjeuner
