Hotel , beznadziejny jedyny plus to lokalizacja. Właściciel zaproponował nam wyższy standard w postaci apartamentu, ale ten apartament był poza hotelem w nieciekawej okolicy za torami , w dodatku bardzo obskurny nie nadający się na wynajem. Na koniec już po przyjeździe do domu włascicel stwierdził że zgineła mu suszarka do włosów. Tragedia nie polecam.

Nemojte da vas zavara, nije rjec o hotelu

Lokacija hotela i osoblje, pogotovo covjek koji radi kao kuhar i cistacica u 1

1. Soba koju smo dobili uopce nema na slikama od rezervacije, oni su tu sobu nazivali economic class ali to je bilo debelo ispod te razine , ta soba uopce nije primjerena za iznajmljivanje, wc sporak oko kreveta se ne moze prolazit, nema mista za ostavit kufer,krevet puknut,posteljina losa, nalazi se u podrumu, a druga soba koju smo dobili nakon 3 dana rezervacije kako su oni rekli da je to upgrade soba je bila ok, ali wc opet šporak i puštala je voda na sve strane poplava svako malo,prozore i pogled necu ni komentirat. Uopce nije niti sigurno da vas ceka soba ako ste rezervirali!!!

Rien de particulier si ce n'est l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

L'état délabré voire insalubre de l'appartement situé à distance de l'hôtel en lui-même (500m)
La douche détériorée avec un trou dans le plâtre au sol.
La télé, la climatisation, la bouilloire ne fonctionnaient pas, aucune remise ne nous a été faite malgré les dires du receptinniste.
Les lits des enfants étaient inconfortables.
La Cuisine très mal équipée.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas bon.

Очень много чего не понравилось. Номера очень старые, все в плесени, полотенца старые, воняют, отдыхали с малышом 9 месяцев неделю. Малыша элементарно не могли пустить по полу ползать. Попросили убраться в номере, а нам только поменяли полотенца. Потом еще раз пришлось просить сделать уборку. За 7 ночей убрались только 1 раз. Завтраки очень тяжело назвать завтраками. Одно только название. 1 яйцо на одного человека. Попросили для малыша еще одно, через не хочу дали. Только 1 раз. Воду-баклажку на завтраки давали только 2 дня. Потом стали наливать в стакан. Когда мы заселились вообще не было холодной воды. Но персонал быстро пытался решать проблемы. В общем, удобств вообще не было. Не поняли был ли отдых. Малыш 24/7 был только на руках. Еще, хотели продлить на 2 дня, настаивали только на кеше. Мы карту с собой не взяли, хотели заплатить ApplePay. Не дали. Сказали не работает. Хотя терминал есть, на нем нарисован wi-fi. Должно все работать. Пришлось на улице искать людей, знакомиться, переводить им на карту и оплачивать.

It was the worst bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel; especially the shower was in a terrible condition! The room was in a basement and it needed renovation. Breakfast was too poor.

Overall the hotel was a nice, quiet one.
Pros:

Perfect location. Very kind staff - always smiling, always helpful. The view from the room was amazing. I was just sitting at the window and staring at the sea.
The room was low equiped but it was according to the description: fridge, AC, towels, toiletries, kettle ...etc.
After a long day it was a challenge to climb the stairs to the trird floor but we didn't mind it.
The bed was very comfortable, I had slept like dead. :)
The breakfast was simple but enough to start the day.

Cons:

The bin in the bathroom was full. The curtains, the towels and the bed sheets were very wornout, full of holes. Instant coffe.

La vue sur le bosphore sur la terrasse du studio
Face a la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble en sortant dans la rue la vue sur la mosquée bleue.
L’emplacement du studio très bien situé. Anecdote avec la chatte et ses chatons sur la terrasse.

Cons:

Lundi soir ma femme n'a pas pu finir sa simple douche avec de l'eau chaude.
Mardi matin eau froide pour la douche. Nous avons prévenu à l'accueil qu'il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude.
Ils nous ont répondu que l'eau chaude aller revenir d'ici une heure.
Le soir quand nous sommes rentrés nous avons voulu prendre une douche il n'y avait toujours pas d'eau chaude.
Mercredi matin toujours pas d'eau chaude nous informons à nouveau à l'accueil du problème de l’eau chaude et là il nous répond qu’il y a des travaux.
Mercredi soir nous rentrons au studio nous voulons prendre une douche mais il n'y a toujours pas d'eau chaude et il n'y avait plus d'eau à l'évier et plus d'eau dans les toilettes.
Jeudi matin sur le point de partir pour l'aéroport
Nous informons de tous ses problèmes d'eau chaude et qu'il n’y a plus d’eau à l'évier et aux toilettes que nous n'avions pas pris de douche depuis mardi sachant que le lundi nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude entièrement. Sur le point de partir le réceptionniste nous propose de prendre une douche au studio d’en dessous alors qu'on partait pour l'aéroport prendre notre avion.il aurait pu nous le proposer dès le début.

Pros:

We had to leave to catch a flight so did not get breakfast.
The rooms were very small with no room to put a suitcase.
There were no towels provided.
There was internet and the hotel although very difficult to find even with sat nav and a taxi was very convenient for all the main attractions.
