This hotel offers a private beach area at an associated hotel’s grounds, which is 1.2 mi away. A free shuttle service is available. Parasols and sun loungers are rented out for a surcharge.

Perfect family hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel for families with small kids. Staff is very hardworking, polite and friendly 😊. Pools are great and incredibly clean 🫧. We took All inclusive and had an option to use beach and beach bar (food and beverages included) of Cook’s Club hotel (although it’s Adults Only) and free shuttle as well 🍔🍕🍟🍎🍹☕️☀️🌊👙⛱️🏖️🏝️.
All in all more than happy that we opted for Sunpark Garden Hotel 🙌

Pros:

Отличный отель с хорошим персоналом. Еда достаточно вкусная, понравилась организация процесса - очередей практически не было (правда, были не в сезон). Ежедневная и качественная уборка номера, также в день приезда в номере ожидал небольшой подарок ко дню рождения моей жены. Много активностей на территории отеля + возможность трансфера к пляжу Клеопатра.

Cons:

Такого не много. В душевой не было геля для душа (только шампунь). Также в большинстве случаев вода в душе не успевала нагреваться и оставалась прохладной. Добавлю также не вполне прозрачные и удобные условия питания на пляже - с ребёнком запрещено пройти на территорию партнёрского отеля, чтобы пообедать, в то же время нельзя пронести на пляж еду из отеля (чтобы покормить ребёнка).

Schöne Lage, Sauber , Gut für die Familie mit den Kindern
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders hatten wir Kontakt mit Ömer und Ferhat. Die waren wirklich sehr zuvorkommend bezüglich unserer Fragen, die wir hatten. Das Personal arbeitet sehr schön zusammen auch die von der Essens Service, sind alle einfach sehr freundlich; sie versuchen möglichst allen recht zu machen, dass man sich als Gast wohl fühlt.
Die Reinigungkraft vor allem Betül und Ayse (Köse) sind so lieb, haben immer gefragt wie es uns geht und ob wir was brauchen.
Ich war froh darüber mich für dieses Hotel entschieden zu haben vor allem auch sehr schön für Familie mit Kind. Preis Leistung Verhältnis war sehr entsprechend. Den Strand mit de Shuttle Bus fand ich super für All Inclusive, wo man dort mit der Hotelkette auch Essen und Trinken durfte.
Es war auch ein sauberes Hotel, was für mich wichtig war. Stadt ist zu Fuß 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich komisch fand, dass vor allem viel Englisch gesprochen wurde, die Touristen wurden mehr beachtet als die Einheimischen, den Unterschied habe ich fest gespürt.

Absolutely the best place if you have kids there's so much family inclusivity
Pros:

It was really nice and the hotels were clean, Bilal and Ali were the best. Bilal always said hello (in our language Finnish) and tried too learn a little Finnish while we were there and always had a smile on his face absolutely a sweetheart! Ali is a good bartender and it was really a fun experience! - Elin and Berg (favourite people)

First solo adventure
Pros:

Best hotel first time solo and it was perfect room was always clean very comfortable bed ,pools were great just the relaxation I needed, the food was beautiful so fresh and plenty for everyone it was perfect 😍 And mostly the staff were brilliant not once did I feel alone or not have anyone to say hi to everyone kept checking in on me and they all do an amazing job ❤️❤️❤️I would most definitely come back felt like home 🥰🥰🥰
