Important information:

This hotel offers a private beach area at an associated hotel’s grounds, which is 1.2 mi away. A free shuttle service is available. Parasols and sun loungers are rented out for a surcharge.

Guests staying between 8 April - 15 May or 1 October - 31 October are offered a three-course meal, premium homemade wine and personal waiter.

Guests who book all inclusive rate will be offered a bottle of complimentary wine in room for stays of 1 June 2017 and 30 September 2017.

Fantastisk!!
Pros:

Et dejligt hotel der har gennemgået en stor renovering.
Et helt fantastisk personale, der giver stedet en hel speciel atmosfære. Især en stor tak til Bilal og Hassan, de er bare helt fantastiske!!
Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage.

Pros:

All of the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived late and they reopened the water sildes just for our kids and the lady at the spa excepted treatment out of her working hours. Amazing guest service overall!

We were on a road trip and stayed just one night. We would have loved to stay longer.

We didn't need any beach so perfect for us!

Toys in the hotel room made arriving and unpacking with the kids the easiest on our 2 week road trip! Such a good idea!

Cute and unique good bye! Loved it 😍

J'ai tout simplement tout apprécié que ça soit la réception les employés le service le staf plus que des vrai professionnels d'un grand palace. le buffet était extraordinaire surtout au dîner c'est un menu a la carte où on te propose Des entrecôte de boeuf a volonté c'est du jamais vue dans un hôtel malgré tous les voyages que j'ai out faire. la gentillesse et l'amabilité la propreté malgré que c'est 4 🌟 il méritait la 5 🌟 .c'est le meilleur hôtel d'alanya mieux

Exellent hotel, clean and very friendly staff
Pros:

Before I come here, I struggled to get any info or reviews for this hotel. The group is also so quiet and in my opinion, the hotel doesn’t advertise well for themselves. I arrived a few days ago and everything is perfect. The rooms are very tidy and clean. Very good size and there is a decent size fridge and a microwave! They accommodated my request to have my sister room next to mine. The food is amazing. As the number of guests opting for dinner is less than 25, it’s not an open buffet but to be honest I prefer it that way as the quality of food is very high. The staff are also very friendly and nice especially Golnush, Bilal, Hassan, Abdulla and Kubilay . def will come again.
My stay was fantastic. Just to add that guests can go to the beach area in Ananae hotel and the hotel arranges for a car to take us but we are no longer allowed to use the sister hotel facilities. Also the towels in the pool cost extra. Thanks Calimera for the great hospitality

Perfect family hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel for families with small kids. Staff is very hardworking, polite and friendly 😊. Pools are great and incredibly clean 🫧. We took All inclusive and had an option to use beach and beach bar (food and beverages included) of Cook’s Club hotel (although it’s Adults Only) and free shuttle as well 🍔🍕🍟🍎🍹☕️☀️🌊👙⛱️🏖️🏝️.
All in all more than happy that we opted for Sunpark Garden Hotel 🙌

Отличный отель с хорошим персоналом
Pros:

Отличный отель с хорошим персоналом. Еда достаточно вкусная, понравилась организация процесса - очередей практически не было (правда, были не в сезон). Ежедневная и качественная уборка номера, также в день приезда в номере ожидал небольшой подарок ко дню рождения моей жены. Много активностей на территории отеля + возможность трансфера к пляжу Клеопатра.

Cons:

Такого не много. В душевой не было геля для душа (только шампунь). Также в большинстве случаев вода в душе не успевала нагреваться и оставалась прохладной. Добавлю также не вполне прозрачные и удобные условия питания на пляже - с ребёнком запрещено пройти на территорию партнёрского отеля, чтобы пообедать, в то же время нельзя пронести на пляж еду из отеля (чтобы покормить ребёнка).
