Pros:

Всё было прекрасно! Большое спасибо за отдых! Номер комфортный и чистый, ежедневная уборка. Отличный очень большой бассейн с прекрасной горкой. Вкусная и разнообразная еда в ресторане, отличный алкоголь в баре. Отзывчивый персонал. Красивая цветущая территория, сад с плетеной ротанговой мебелью, с подсветкой. Отличный быстрый вай-фай. Трансфер на пляж и с пляжа по удобному времени, очень частый. Очень ответственный водитель: всех позовёт и соберёт.
Смотритель пляжа тоже очень ответственный, как пчелка, постоянно убирается на пляже, следит за урнами и шезлонгами. На пляже кофе, соки, приятно посидеть даже просто.
Сам пляж чудесный, мягкий песок, чистое море, пологий вход, шезлонгов всем хватает.

До античного города и набережной недалеко, гуляли там каждый день.

Девушки -администраторы очень приветливые.
Директор вежливый, отзывчивый и очень гостеприимный.

Charming and peaceful hotel near the sea and Old Town.
Pros:

A small and picturesque hotel located close to both the sea and the historic Old Town. Great value for money with friendly and helpful staff. This is not a party hotel – no loud guests or disturbances, which made for a very relaxing stay.

Cons:

One thing to note is that there is no alcohol or food service on the beach

The staff are the real selling point here.
Pros:

The staff went the extra mile all the time and made sure everything we asked was attended to.

Quiet hotel with polite staff and good food!
Pros:

Quiet hotel. Good food. Polite staff. Sandy beach and convenient entry into the sea a bit far from the hotel but a bus runs every hour. Nice pool with a slide. Daily cleaning of the room. Not far from supermarkets. Good Wi-Fi for Extra charge but also possible to have a free one next to reception . Well working air conditioner.

Everything was ok!

Overall, it was a pleasant vacation experience for us, which didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Pros:

The meals were abundant, there was always enough food, and the food itself was good. The staff is very welcoming, and makes sure to pick up the finished plates. There is a bar where you can order cola/sparkling water, and after around 8pm they make cocktails for free. There were shows for children and adults. Our room had a huge balkony, and was well cleaned every day. The AC was quite powerful for our 40 degrees heat. The towels are changed every 2 days. There is a good wi-fi in the lobby, and on the beach (but I believe the beach one was just being set up when I was there, so you need to ask if it works or not)

Cons:

I wish there were labes on food in the restaurant. I have fish allergy and accidentally ate the salad which had Tuna in it. Hard to anticipate it.

There was a paid wi-fi option in the rooms, but unfortunately, it's only for 1 device, and the reception in the room was lackluster. However, on the balcony it worked perfectly.

I didn't really like the local massage service. The massager was unwelcoming, didn't ask for a feedback, and the session lasted 45 minutes instead of 60. For 45 euros it's very disappointing.

Cons:

The room was cleaned every day it’s nice , but there was no choice of food very basic so with kids we have to go some at the evening eat outside, it was an old-style hotel with old-fashioned rooms. The TV showed basic channels. You don't have to expect much for such a price. The location is good, the minibus takes you to the private beach every day and brings you back. We stayed for 12 nights, so the food was really boring. There is no iron, when I asked for an iron I was accused that I have iron for to long . Basically, all people are Russians and Germans. There is no ice for a child in such heat. I play on the field like it's from the nineties. I think you can find better.

The best choice in Side even it is not situated close to the beach. (Hotel provide free transport)
Pros:

Buildings clean and well maintained. Swimmingpool and gardens the same. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The beds are very hard. Should be an option to have available softer matresses to put on top if the guests wish so. Info about this option could be available at the reception.

Pros:

I just came back from vacations in Side and I am so glad I chose Dream of Side. The staff was nice and helpful, very friendly. The room service was every day. The beds were comfortable, and rooms and bathrooms were spacious, which is rare even for more expensive hotels. The drinks in the bar were good quality. Side Oldtown can be reached by walking within less than 20 minutes. There is in the hotel hamam and massage service, which I used 3 times during my 1-week stay. The masseur is a real professional who helped me with my problem and gave advice for the future on what I can do to get rid of the problem. The hotel beach is clean and being taken care of by cheerful guy Asaf. On the beach, you can order hot drinks(tea or coffee) and water. I will miss this hotel and hope to visit again soon!

Cons:

So far, there is nothing that I particularly didn't like, but just a note, there are a lot of cats living in the hotel territory (which I loved, they were cute) but I did;t notice any place for them to get food and water, maybe would be nice to organise some spot for them, so they wouldn't have to walk around cafeteria and ask for food from people who eat there?

Free WiFi was not possible to use, it was disconnecting each minute.

Brilliant for those who don’t want to spend (extra) money
Pros:

You get what you pay for.
The pool was lovely (but busy).
Staff was nice

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was low, the water was either burning hot or cold, mixing was not possible.
The finishing touches were not nice, looked very cheap.
Wi-Fi is for 3eur/day - I still consider it cheap, as you get a lot for your money
Beach and centre is 2km away
