Pros:

Le personnel est sympa, prévenant et professionnel.
L'emplacement est top, noeud de transport en commun à 5 min, quartier vrai et vivant,
L'hôtel est très propre et sûr

Cons:

Pour ceux qui aiment le confort ce n'est peu être pas le mieux. Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue, pas de luxe... (Pour les autres c'est top, une vraie immersion dans un quartier vivant et très beau, pas la carte postale d'Istanbul.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I felt relaxed and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

A great spot.
Pros:

Great location, close to a knot of stations for all the main means of transportation in the city. It's in a street where you can find food, in a very central area, yet somehow quiet.
The owner was kind to lend us a card for local transportation. It's better to take a tram, a bus, or a train in order to get from one place to another than to use your own car. They kindly provided free parking and our car was completely safe during our stay. The owner spoke our language (Romanian) a little, so we could communicate really well. We had a lovely view from our windows and there was a large terrace in front, as well. We could get instant coffee or tea if needed, at no extra cost.
The reception is open non-stop, there's no problem if you get there late. Good value for the price.

Cons:

Even though there was a lift (I had specifically asked if there really was one because I have sciatica and knee problems), it led up to the third floor and our room was on the fourth floor. The windows didn't close well (the room was well heated, though), and the curtains and chairs were not very clean, unfortunately. The bed sheets, however, were perfectly clean. I loved them. And we could hear noises from the next room. We slept well anyway because we were very tired after walking around a lot. The receptionists didn't speak English very well. They had to call the owner when they were not sure what we needed or they didn't know how to answer. Another thing I must mention is for feminists: I know it's a cultural thing, but I was rather bothered by the fact that, even though the booking was in my name, these people kept addressing my (male) partner. Their attitude towards me was polite, but they kept talking to him. (Even downtown... When we went out to eat, the waiters would present the food to me first, but would expect him to pay. It's a type of politeness that sits wrong with me. Keep that in mind if you go to Turkey. )

Comfortable hotel on nice location
Pros:

Location, close to metro.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Some staff that works on the reception doesn't speak English.
Also, some parts of furniture were dirty.

Pros:

Amazing location, very close to the old town. Staff was very friendly, we felt very good. When we needed something they helped us immediately. Also a big bonus: they are pet friendly. Our dog felt very welcomed.

Очень дружелюбный персонал всегда подскажут помогут ,угощают Очень вкусным кофе ,если нужно такси к аэропорту спросите нам вызвали Очень бюджетный економный такси ,в общем гостиницу рекомендую всем ,все достопримечательности в пешей доступности ,и ещё раз благодарна персоналу очень гостепреимные 👍

Preț bun și oameni foarte calzi și generoși. A fost un sejur plăcut la ei! Camere curate, totul a fost super, suntem mulțumiți!

Отличный вариант в южной части города
Pros:

Отличное расположение, просторная приятная комната, вежливый и заботливый персонал, очень удобная кровать, быстрый интернет, тихо, было тепло и уютно, всегда есть чай и кофе

На одну ночь за такую цену в таком месте в принципе приемлемо

Очень вежливые доброжелательные дружелюбные работники на ресепшен, и кофем
угостили сразу, и на второе утро тоже спросили не хотели ли бы мы что-то , и поговорили и рассказали о всяких экскурсиях которые у них представлены . Комната чистенькая

Cons:

неудобные совершенно подушки и самое главное было очень холодно в комнате, кондиционер не давал толку. Но так как мы были всего на одну ночь и одеяло было тёплым, не стали ничего говорить
