Cons:

We had a problem in the shower which was reported to the reception, but ha have been told, sorry. We could not use the shower. No compensation, no solution

Very lovely and charming spot.
Pros:

Breakfast was always pretty good for me, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Everything in Stonetown is pretty close to each other in general, but this location in particular felt near-perfect to me.

Cons:

On this stay, my 'clean' towel looked very off-white to yellow, which was a bit off-putting.

Pros:

The breakfast is the best we’ve had since arriving in Tanzania. The staff are also very kind and welcoming, and happy to share helpful advice. I highly recommend Hassan as a guide for the Stone Town tour — he’s excellent, speaks both French and English, and will tell you all about the history of Tanzania.

La posizione unica cosa positiva

Cons:

- camera orrenda ( non come in foto )
-finestra non apribile .
- panorama inesistente in quanto se guardavi fuori dalla finestra avevi il muro dell’altro palazzo attaccato alla tua finestra a malapena si aprivano gli scuri .
- la camera non ci è stata pulita . ( hanno rifatto solo il letto ma nient’altro)
- il bagno completamente sporco .
- no buffet a colazione . No caffè ( solo solubile in polvere ) .
- prese della corrente non funzionanti .
- Internet in camera non funzionava .

Pros:

L'emplacement, au cœur de la vieille ville et à proximité immédiate de la plage.
Le très bon petit-déjeuner
La présence de fontaines à eau à tous les étages.

Cons:

Les chambres sans vue et même murées au rez-de-chaussée !!!
Avons demandé à changer de chambre pour le 1er étage, pour une chambre avec balcon et vue étroite et latérale sur la rue (mur en face) - moyennant un surcoût bien sûr...
L'ambiance très froide dans la chambre le soir avec de vilains éclairages au plafond.
Salle de bains minimaliste..

la localisation, tout proche de la mer

Le service très long du petit déjeuner (+ de 30 minutes pour avoir une assiette - il n'y a pas de buffet) et des rations vraiment ridicules, je ne comprends pas les avis positifs sur le petit déjeuner, il n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur.
