From October 1 to May 31 (low season) on Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu. - our SPA operates only by appointment and is paid separately (the cost of 1 hour of SPA rental is UAH 1,500; minimum order is 2 hours; in the case of ordering a SPA for a company of more than 10 people - UAH 200 per person per hour). Access to the SPA area includes use of the recreation area, Finnish and Roman saunas, and an aeromassage pool. On weekends, we introduce "Bath days", i.e. on Fri., Sat., Sun. our SPA operates without restrictions and is included in the cost of accommodations. The outdoor outdoor pool is preserved for the winter period and does not operate.
From June 1 to September 30 (summer season), the SPA and aqua zone are included in the cost of accommodations! In the summer, the hotel's aqua zone (pool area) is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saunas and aeromassage pool are turned on from 12:00 p.m. and turned off at 8:00 p.m.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Розташування, робота чергового адміністратора.
Відсутність кондиціонеру. В таку спеку - це жахливо. Спати було дуже душно.
Те, що після 20:00 не можна поїсти в ресторані. Бо після довгої дороги то було би дуже доречно.
Близькість до великої зали іншого ресторану та слухання гучної музики з якогось там святкування.
Дуже гарний та чистий готель, теплий басейн
Сніданки платні 200 грн, дуже скупі
Просторий номер, доглянута територія, привітний персонал.
- привітний персонал, непогані номери за цю ціну, спа зона і басейн, які працюють лише для гостей готелю - найкраще рішення, також велика якісь розваг, що для дорослих, що для дітей і своя кухня за адекватну ціну порадувала
- відсутність чайника, холодильника, кондиціонування або хоча б вентилятора (це такі речі, якими користуєшся постійно), а влітку тим більше, думаю можна було б докупити, а щодо останнього пункту, в номерах спати доволі тяжко в спеку, якщо з дітьми, майже не можливо, різниця в ціні між номерами невелика і дивно, що десь є, а десь немає..
А брати з собою ці позиції, як робили ми, звичайно можна, але недуже зручно, тому більше 2х ночей не проведеш )
