Pros:

У номері прибирали кожного дня. Все чисто. Є Холодильник, кондиціонер.
Привітний адміністратор.
Розташування біля залізничних шляхів(трохи шумно), але я це усвідомлювала бронюючи

Дуже привітна пані на рецепції, вона ж годувала сніданком.

Cons:

Не всі готельні мінімальні зручності - нема розетки біля ліжка, нема лампи в головах ліжка, нема рушника на підлогу (хоча рушників 3, проте вони всі тоненькі)
