Pros:

Сподобалось лише вигідне розташування готелю- майже на Хрещатику. Але щоб потрапити туди, треба відшукати двері без вивіски серед безлічі дверей без вивіски.

Cons:

1. Номер, який я бронювала, виявився без води. Тому за доплату адміністратор запропонувала підвищити клас номера.
2. В номерах дуже холодно, навіть за наявності обігрівачів
3. Відсутня гаряча вода, а в іншому номері її взагалі не було.
4. Ремонт в номерах вже давно застарів і потребує оновлення, плитка потріскана, шпалери обшарпані, деревʼяні елементи пошарпані.
5. Чистота- її майже нема. На килимі купа волосся. У ванній залишилось сміття і бруд від попередніх постояльців. Дякую що хоч білизна була чиста.
6. В останню ніч почала текти стеля в номері і мене знову переселили в інший номер, але на цей раз без води і світла
7. Тиша- у сусідньому номері дуже гучно відпочивала адміністратор з друзями. Також зверху до опівночі чути музику.
8. Ну і на завершення- внизу в холі спав бомж. А вхід до готелю ніяк не охороняється і адміністратора ніколи нема на місці, тому про вашу безпеку думайте самі.

I will be back without any doubt !
Pros:

The location was fantastic, so much to see & experience within walking distance 👍. The service was excellent & helpful for only English speaking customers. Outstanding friendly helpful staff great job guys.

Cons:

Unfortunately I was on a tight schedule & could not stay longer.

Залишилися дуже гарні враження від проживання. У готелі чисто, тихо й комфортно, персонал уважний та доброзичливий. Вдалий вибір для відпочинку, рекомендую.

Є генератор, гаряча вода, теплі номери. Що треба ще для щастя ❤️
Спочатку забронювала бюджетний номер, але на місці вирішила взяти все таки стандартний номер
