Cons:

Забронювали номери заздалегідь. Не повідомили, що в готелі ремонт. В готель приїхали вночі, на 5 поверх з сумками без ліфта. Після ремонту дуже чуткий запах фарби. Прийшлось шукати вночі інший готель для 7 осіб.

Готель приємний, великі кімнати, гарне розміщення в центрі
Pros:

Сподобалося майже все. Персонал приємний, ввічливий, декілька раз передзвоню вали турбувалися чи приїдемо. Бо наш приїзд ще Ц припав на день масованого обстрілу і Львів тоді вдень дуже обстріляли, поки ми їхали ще в потягу. Адміністратор турботливо дзвонила уточнювала за наш приїзд. По приїзду теж гарно поспілкувалися, приємна жінка.
Кімнати просторі, чисті. Є загальна кухня в цьому міні-готелі. Ми не користувалися, але там є все необхідне. В кімнаті теж є по типу мінібару (маленький холодильничок). Ванна кімната з ванною, душовою, туалетом і навіть біде велика, але загальна. Нам пощастило, вона була прямо біля нашого номеру, але інколи все-таки була зайнята. Але є ще додатковий туалет біля кухні. Тому проблем особливо не було.
Спати було зручно і тихо. Ліжко досить велике, постіль приємна. Наші вікна виходили у внутрішній дворик, тому було дуже тихо і затишно.
Будівля стара, історична, але в цьому є своя атмосфера. Так, 5 поверх (останній) без ліфту, коли з тяжкими валізами то не дуже зручно. Але це не було для нас проблемою. Бо гарне розміщення готелю, в центрі, недалеко зовсім недалеко від всіх основних локації, з гарними вуличками для прогулянок поряд це все компенсує. В цілому, все сподобалося. Готові приїхати туди ще і ділитися контактом з друзями.

Cons:

Тільки те, що ванна кімната загальна, але прям великою проблемою це не було.
Виселення трохи зарано, об 11: 00, було б краще аби о 12:00.

Зручне розташування, але на цьому переваги закінчились ( Номер дуже старий і не зручний, ванна кімната на декілька кімнат, в коридорі, нема одноразових тапців щоб вийти, дуууже холодно, не пивітна жінка на рецепіії, на запитання про додаткові одіяла, відчуття таке що дала їх через силу ( не зручні ліжка ( не рекомендую точно

Всіх вітаю!
Сьогодні довелося відвідати це ЖАХЛИВЕ місце, номер забронювали на букінгу ( зі знижкою, про що потім пожалкували). Номер бронювали з двомісним ліжком, нам дали два здвинутих одномісних, між ними можна руку засунути, після питання з приводу двухспальних ліжок, нам відповіли:
- можемо розвинути.
З приводу знижки, нас постійно тикали носом, за одноразові капці і шампунь нам сказали треба доплатити по 35 грн за кожний товар, тобто в цьому «де люкс» готові це не входить в вартість, це дуже дивно.
Спитали про знижку на УБД, відповіли в хамській манері:
- вам цієї мало?!.
Це не готель, а ХОСТЕЛ!!!!!
Душ і ванна кімната одна на декілька кімнат, шумоізоляціі немає, таке відчуття що в гості заїхав, де мене не чекають, прості міжкімнатні двері, виспатись не можливо.
Якщо ви з багажем враховуйте що вам йти на 5-й поверх, НІХТО ВАМ НЕ ПОМОЖЕ, в цьому, наголошую, «де люкс» готелі!
Вікно яке знаходиться на стелі, то взагалі мрак, воно світить прямо в очі.
Парковка відсутня, як в букінгу вказано, треба вдягати бахіли перед входом, як в музей або госпіталь.
Одним словом не готель, а ХОСТЕЛ, з космічними цінами, без знижки, а зі знижкою вам ще й в обличчя плюнуть, дуже НЕ РАДЖУ!!!!
