Exceptional location, great staff, will stay here again.
Pros:

We loved the fact it was in the forest, the fact that the staff was trying two and a half times what was needed, the fact that it was clean and lovely rooms and working air conditioner and fridge. Very good facility overall.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty abysmal. Only had one staff, granted. It was understaffed but still we waited about 25 minutes until food came out even though we scheduled it the day before and we're on a timeline, and when the food came out it was pretty abysmal.

I would very much recommend that this place spends more time on a decent breakfast, especially for people that are going to hotels literally for the location bug 50% of the priority, but the breakfast at the other 50%. Even if it was just fresh greens, cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as some hard-boiled eggs or something, would have been better than what we had.

Відпочивали з онуком. Гарне розташування. Сніданки та страви ресторану дуже смачні та якісні. Хочу відмітити добре ставлення персоналу при вирішенні різних питань (обобливо адміністратора - пані Наталлі).

Відсутність басейну.

Pros:

Дуже класний готель, який ми бронювали чисто для того щоб переночувати у довгій дорозі і поїхати далі. Були дуже вражені готелем, кафе та територією. Дуже сподобалось і обов'язково повернимося туди якщо треба буде знову там десь зупинитись

Pros:

Персонал працює бездоганно. Кухня на високому рівні.

Cons:

Відсутність ліфту і пандусів, ми були з немовлям і пересуватись готелем ( з паркінгу до номеру, з номеру на сніданок) було фізично дуже складно. Так само складно з валізами.
