Pros:

Постіль чиста, охайна. Вода гаряча була весь час мого перебування в номері, з пізнього вечора до ранку. Затишний двір, зручна парковка

Cons:

На унітазі кришка менша за сам унітаз. Дивно, але це ж не такі великі витрати. Дуже кидається в очі. Батарея пошарпана, потрібно просто підкрасити. Не вистачає в номері чайника і хоча б 2 пакетика чая. Я б з радістю випила на ніч, щоб не йти в ресторан.

Pretty grounds but not much else. Staff often indifferent.Not close to anything you want ..
Pros:

a great gym..quiet hotel but isolated location from city center.

Cons:

Gym only accessible by visit to front desk for staff open it..some staff acted like I was an inconvenience to them..

Було бы хорошо если бы в номере был электрочайник.
Pros:

Номер соответствует фото.
В номере была вода на каждого человека (очень приятно). Так же тапочки.
В ресторане брали завтраки и ужин - очень довольны, все вкусно.

Pros:

Локація в тихому районі, до центру в принципі недалеко, але поруч з готелем нічого більше немає. Гарна територія. Сподобався масаж в СПА. Чиста постіль. Халати дають на запит. Заселення за розкладом.

Cons:

Сніданок недорогий (150 грн), але наїстись ним складно. Вибір в ресторані невеликий та довго готують замовлення. Та я харчувалась в місті в кафешках, яких вдосталь. Вважаю, що треба покращити сервіс. Їжу в номер замовляти не можна, а в ресторані було прохолодно(

Встановити гачки у ванній кімнаті, щоб двері зачинялися з середини.
Pros:

Готель за 15 хвилин ходьби від центральної частини міста. Ботанічний сад, Ужгородський замок. Номер великий, чистий. Рушники міняють щодня. Прибирання щодня. Водичку в пляшку ставлять щодня. Персонал ввічливий. У ресторані чудові сніданки. Та й кухня загалом не погана.

Cons:

Двері у ванну кімнату зсередини не зачиняються. Немає гачка. Нема холодильника. Немає чайника у номері. Розраховували, що буде басейн. Його також немає. Готель незважаючи на близькість до центру, знаходиться в пром зоні. Якісь склади та суцільні паркани.
