Налагодити інтернет і нормально ставитись до клієнтів
Cons:

Відпочиваєм у цьому готелі в різних номерах з 2023 року, і все було дуже гарно. Але, вже вдруге поспіль на другому поверсі відсутній інтернет. WiFi не працює, на мобільних пристроях E іноді зʼявляється LTE. Інтернет-телебачення працює з постійними затримками. Коли звернулись із цим до адміністратора, і продемонстрували як все працює, нам сказали, напишіть відзив, може власники відреагують, повідомили, що не всі приїжджають дивитись телевізор. Може й так, але за ці гроші, я думаю у сучасному світі інтернет має працювати, і цим відношенням до клієнтів зіпсували все враження від відпочинку.

Pros:

Чудовий номер з видом на сосновий ліс. Навколо великий парк для прогулянок. Власна парковка для авто. Зручне ліжко і матрац. Привітний персонал. Сніданок смачний. Також відвідали СПА, нам сподобалось. Плануємо це місце відвідати у зимовий час.

Cons:

На жаль, залишилися неприємні враження від проживання. До п’ятої ранку в сусідньому номері була дуже гучна компанія — розмови, музика та шум. Кілька разів доводилося звертатися на рецепцію з проханням вплинути на ситуацію, але, незважаючи на звернення, гулянка продовжувалася до самого ранку.

Через відсутність нормального відпочинку ніч фактично була зіпсована, а на ранок залишився дуже неприємний настрій. Вважаю, що готель має забезпечувати дотримання тиші в нічний час та комфортний відпочинок для всіх гостей.

Супер розташування самого готелю, гарний номер, хороший персонал, смачні сніданки/кухня. Чудове спа для релаксу. Виспалися:), відпочили, рекомендую:)

Cons:

Розумію що зачепили вихідні/вночі, після 24.00 заважали сусіди, а потім до ранку тривога/літало, збивали...але, все добре, ранок прийшов, був дуже смачний сніданок:) і з новими силами у новий день...

Pros:

Затишний номер. Можливо, не таке все новеньке. Але інтер'єр цікавий. Знаходиться у парку. Це великий плюс. Уважні офіціанти в ресторані. Сподобалось, що приносять додаткові прибори на страву, яка буде розділена.

Cons:

Жива музика є як плюсом, так і мінусом у вечірні часи. Співають до 21:30

Well-run, clean, and high quality stay
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. There were several choices to appeal to different tastes. We very much enjoyed all of the staff. They were extremely helpful. We want to thank the administration, reception, spa staff, and restaurant workers. We cannot remember all of the names, but exceptional service was provided by Tetyana (reception), Katerina (reception), Olessya (Spa), Oksana (there were two Oksanas in the restaurant--both were excellent), Kolya (Restaurant), Sergii (Restaurant), Daria (Restaurant), and another whose name I cannot recall.

The rooms were large and very nice. The air conditioner worked very well. The linens were clean and the room was generally very clean.

We experienced two air raids (missile attacks) while we were there. The bomb shelter in the spa area in the basement felt safe.

Cons:

We would have liked if the bathroom had been cleaned when the room was cleaned.

Pros:

Все сподобалось, уважний персонал, смачна їжа у ресторані, з'явились сніданки без глютену, класне SPA, в холодну погоду можна погрітись, чудовий масаж. Вибрали цей готель для проведення свого весільного вікенду, залишись задоволені.
