Хочу відзначити дуже ввічливу та привітну жінку на рецепції — її ставлення було справді приємним і професійним.

Cons:

На жаль, перебування в готелі залишило неоднозначні враження. У номері було холодно, при цьому кондиціонер не можна було використовувати на обігрів (лише в літній період). Готель залежить від графіків відключення електроенергії, тому прийняти душ можливо тільки за наявності світла, що створює певні незручності. Також засмутила не зовсім чиста постіль.

Cons:

На рецепції сидить неадекватна бабуля, кричить з порога, з кислою міною зустрічає, одразу викликає відразу, спілкуватися з людьми взагалі не вміє, забронювали номер 2. Відмовилась поселяти в цей номер. Поселила в номер 3. Він смердючий і прокурений. Я попросив поселити куди домовлено. Відмовила. В номерах собачий холод. Хоча кажуть при бронюванні що тепло. Моя порада, люди. Минайте цей готель десятою дорогою.

Швидко, зручно, чисто. Чисті номери. Єдине, вікна в номері виходили на схід і зранку сліпило сонце вночі. Не вистачало штор

Погано, що сніданки з 11:00 ранку, але, думаю, для такого готелю це норма, тому це не така й проблема
