Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, and the reception and all the staff were really excellent. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were also clean and nicely furnished.

Cons:

The only downside was some noise from the hallway when other guests were being loud.

Highly recommend where I’ll book again when I’m in ahi Chi MIHN city.
Pros:

Best staff I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. All of them were so efficient and kind.

The manager was very helpful with several logistical issues I had to do while there. She gave me ideas for places to visit so I could experience Saigon. She was a very caring and intelligent lady who spoke English .

The upper rooms have windows that look out over the city. It’s worth booking the upgraded room which was very comfortable, clean and accommodating. And it came with free breakfast that was very good- and very convenient.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Best staff and service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Fast, efficient, friendly and very dedicated staff. I wasof impresses literally every day. The manager helped me many times which made my stay comfortable and efficient.

I highly recommend this hotel . Especially the upper level units which cost about $20 usd more per night but are worth every Penny!

I’ll be back.

Good value, good location surrounding with many restaurant and coffee shops

Location is convinced , staffs are very nice, room is clean but still have smoking smell

My wife and I only stayed one night but the staff was very nice and helpful
Pros:

The room is decent sized and very clean. The staff went out of their way to help us with recommendations and other bookings. Highly recommended and would return if come back to HCM city.
