Did not meet expectations.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I have mobility issues and requested a room on the first floor as climbing stairs is very painful for me. Hotel sent an email message on February 11 confirming a first floor room. On arrival, we were told there are no first floor rooms available for our stay. This hotel does not have an elevator. Had we known a first floor room would not be available, we would have booked a different hotel. Additionally, my wife had to use her Ukrainian debit card as repetitive attempts to use my US visa credit card would not go through. We had no problem using my US visa credit card at another hotel or at any restaurants in this city. Also sometimes there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

поки не буде вирішено питання опалення номерів, категорично не рекомендую.
Pros:

Чудовий готель для подорожі літом.

Cons:

Опалення номеру тільки електричне, відповідно, в зв"язку з періодичною відсутністю електроенергії, в номері було настільки зимно, що колега захворіла після ночі в готелі. Чудовий готель для подорожі літом, або якщо вирішать питання з опаленням

Локація - зручно, атмосфера- приємна, кухня- смачно.
Pros:

Сьогодні (22 .10) сніданок виправдав усі мої сподівання: смачно, вибір страв, приємна атмосфера.
Персонал: офіціантка дуже приємна і дуже старанна.Приємна людина.Враження позитивні.

Pros:

Excellent location in the center of everything. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice terrace for dinner and drinks directly on the square.

Cons:

There’s no elevator so if you’re on the top floor, as we were, be prepared to ascend 3 flights of stairs.
