Чудова якість за ціну. Дружній персонал. Легкий чекін, зручний чекати. До підйомників можна пішки

Номери мають непогану звукоізоляцію, приємний вид на буковель. До першого витягу коротка стежка доведе за 20 хвилин. Персонал привітний і охоче йде на зустріч, допомагає вирішувати питання. Чекін був простий і швидкий без зайвих формальностей.

Cons:

Кухня відкривається лиш о 8:30. Зважте на це, якщо вам важливо потрапити першими на пуск підйомників.

З плюсів- готель чистий, басейн теплий. З мінусів - постійний шум стройки під вікнами, щовечора до 10 годин по сусідству

Хороший номер, близько магазин, колиби.

Cons:

Впритул до вілли розпочали будівництво нового готелю, про що ніде і ніким не було попереджено. Від голосних звуків (стукіт і грюкіт ) зачинений балкон не спасав, робочі починали будувати ще до 8:00 ранку… коли їдеш в Карпати відпочити від роботи і шуму міста , а потрапляєш в стройку, про яку всі гарно змовчали… настрій зіпсований

Були приємно вражені якістю обслуговування і комфортом!
Pros:

Чудова вілла. Приємний і турботливий персонал. Номер був чистим і охайним, у ванній кімнаті було чисто і свіжо, на балконі була в наявності сушилка для білизни. Басейн на дворі невеличкий, але з підігрівом, тож ми чудово з сином провели там вечір, а на наступний день зранку снідали за затишними столиками біля басейну і приємне очікування сніданку син провів з користю. Дуже потішило, що персонал пішов нам на зустріч і приготував звичайний омлет для мого сина без додавання овочів чи сиру, як за меню, а також гречку! Дуже зручно, що за всі додаткові послуги: сніданок, вечерю я змогла розрахуватись вже по завершенню подорожі.
приємний готель, куди дійсно хочеться повернутись ще!

Не знайшли в номері фену, але нам це було не критично
