Categories

Cleanliness
9
Mostly praised as very clean (clean beds, tidy rooms, white linen), though some guests reported leftover dirty clothing from previous guests and minor bathroom issues (broken shower hose, occasional lack of soap).
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (accommodated freezer request, late check-in, allowed pets); however one report claimed staff demanded cash payment, which is a notable negative.
Location
9
Pleasant countryside/suburban location — quiet and picturesque for many guests, but proximity to the highway caused noise issues for some rooms (mitigated when windows/balcony closed).
Room Quality
9
Comfortable, cozy rooms with good beds and some with two balconies; a few maintenance issues mentioned (broken shower hose, missing shower shelf, some wear in bathrooms).
Amenities
9.2
Generally well-equipped (towels, shampoo, toilet paper, disposable slippers, hairdryer, AC, TV); staff even helped with freezer use. A few stays noted insufficient soap or cleaning supplies and minor bathroom fittings missing.
Value for Money
9.4
Guests reported fair/adequate pricing and good value; pet fee (200 UAH) was accepted and appreciated, overall seen as good value for cost.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Restaurant and breakfasts were praised multiple times as tasty; food is a clear positive in guests' reports.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive: clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good food. Minor issues (noise for some rooms, occasional bathroom maintenance, isolated cash-payment complaint) slightly reduced some stays.
