Взагалі сам готель непоганий , локація непогана і преміум люкс гарний

Не сподобалось:
1) ми заплатили з чоловіком за 3 номери різних категорій, в жодному з них не було гарячої води!
Адміністратор сказала, ой ну почекайте нехай вода стече…. Годину чекали, але води так і не було! Дитину мили в холодній воді!
2) стерео яке має працювати в люкс номері не працює, дівчина адміністратор сказала , ой ну ви знаєте я в цьому не розбираюсь …
3) в стандарт номері , який ми теж бронювали- не було а на капців!!! А ні чаю , це абсурд просто….
Цей раз був жахливий
4) ми їхали дуже рано , нам дали з собою ланч бокси, яблука були не помиті!!!!! Ви серйозно!????

Pros:

Отличный отель, чистый, достаточно современный, вкусный ресторан. Отличное место заехать и отдохнуть. Также есть генератор при отключении света и своя закрытая парковка

Cons:

Были зимой и ночью в номере стало до невозможного жарко и сухо. Немного не понравились подушка и матрац. Бар платный.
