Завтрака нет

Cons:

Вода воняет, и её простосто нет. Персонал постоянно шумит при уборке, хлопает дверьми, громко разговаривает. Не предупреждают о возможных проблемах, но..., деньги вперёд..., и налом...

Персонал відмінний, номер продуманий, є персональні розетки для підзарядки гаджетів, непогана звукоізоляція, зручне розташування.

Cons:

Величезний мінус - це дуже неприємний табачний запах, що напевно з'явився від недобросовісних клієнтів, які курили в цьому номері. Але некурящим нам було дуже неприємно від цього смороду.

Номер не про вітряний на курено до безумця.
Полотенця воняли старістю постель також .
Персонал не привітний!
Півгодини чекали доки вони на говоряться по телефону !!!

Не задоволений сервісом

Можливо колись цей готель був гарним, але зараз щось з ним не те. Читайте нижче.

Cons:

В номері було грязно. Чашки,і стакани з плямами. Диван з плямами. Бронювали на трех, а в номері було пострілі і полотенець на 2-х тільки.
Коли попросили у адміністратора видати ще один набір, де дали постіль з п'ятами, полотенце риже, на вигляд не чисте. Пододіяльник був меншим за одіяло. Коли лягли спати, десь о 22.30 з'явився дуже сильний запах газу, в ми були на 3 поверсі. Нам сказали що хтось не закрив газовий балон. Вибачаюсь, готель використовує газові балони, а це безпечно? Те що адміністрація повинна була хоча попередити, я вже про це не кажу. В коридорі був дуже сильний запах газу і ніхто з персоналу навіть вікон неповідкривав. Просто жах!
Далі, з ранку, ти хочешь випити щось горяче, в води питної не має. Мені ще запропонували набрати воду з крану. Люди, у вас з крану тече рижа і дуже жахливо пахнуща вода!!!
