Дуже привітний адміністратор.
Під час перебування були проблеми зі світлом та теплом у Києві, але в готелі було тепло та працював генератор.

Дуже затишний, неймовірно красивий готель з чуйним та відповідальним персоналом! Приємно відзначити, що нагодували опівночі не дивлячись на пізднє заселення, їжа свіжа і смачна. Працюють генератори та є опалення не дивлячись на складні умови в теперішній час. Вранці був чудовий сніданок та запашна кава в номер.
Інтер'єр невимовно порадував великою кількістю дзеркал і всі чисті! Стильні шпалери та меблі, свіжа пахуча постіль, білі рушники, чистий туалет та душ. Є мило тверде, рідке, шампунь та кондиціонер для волосся, гель для душу, фен, телевізор. І в кімнаті гарно пахне і пропонують одноразові капці для комфорту. Близько до вокзалу навіть пішки! Дуже задоволена, дякую милій жіночці на рецепції, дякую за світло і тепло, лишила їх в серці і повезла із собою далі!

Сніданок не замовляли , так як рано вранці треба було вибиратись по справам. Для мене більш потрібним була б вечеря, але загалом все сподобалось
