It’s was one over night and will not be again there.

مخيب للآمال وتجربة لن تتكرر

وقت الدخول تطلب وقت أكثر من اللازم، لم أسكن في الغرفة التي حجزتها ، بل أسكنوني غرفة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة،
ماء الدش ف الحمام ينتشر في كل الحمام - الافطار أقيمه 5 من 10
المكيف لا صوت له نهائيا وكأنه لم يشتغل ولم تكن جودته بالمستوى المطلوب

حسن الاستقبال موظفات سعوديات يخدمونك وماعندهم الا ابشر الله يوفقهم ، الموقع المطعم كل شي متوفر وجميل

اخذت غرفتين وصاله كنت افضل يفرشون الصاله زي الغرف لان البلاط بارد جداً وهذي ملاحظه خفيفه ماتسبب ازعاج كبير يعني

لم أشعر بالارتياح من عدم تعامل ادارة الفندق فيما يخص ماحدث بالمطعم لذلك سأصعد في مطالبتي لهم بالتعويض ورد الاعتبار والاع

أعجبني فقط تعامل موظفات الاستقبال بشاير الغامدي و ديما ، مهنية عالية حسن استقبال للضيف ، اتضح لي أنهن اعلى مستوى من الادارة العليا للفندق التي أساءت إدارة مشكلة حدثت معي في مطعم الفندق إذ لم يتواصلوا معي رغم علمهم بها مما اضطرني لرفع شكوى لوزارة السياحة

سوء تعامل ادارة الفندق مع الخطأ الجسيم الذي حدث في طلبي لوجبة غداء لم تكن مطابقة لما طلبت ، كما انني عثرت على شعرة في طبق الأرز وأبلغتهم في المطعم وكان الرد أن جاء أحدهم بجهاز الدفع الالي ويطلب مني سداد قيمة الغداء وقمت بالدفع مباشرة رغم إبلاغي المسؤول في المطعم بوجود مشاكل في الأكل ولكن لم يكترث ،،

الدخول الساعه اربعه العصر كنت في سفر وانتظرت طويل بالرغم ان الخروج الساعه 12 ويرسل رساله تذكير بالخروج الساعه 7 الصباح واتصال الساعه 11ونصف للاسف كان الوضع قلق ايضا خدمه تنظيف الغرف طلبناه الظهر في اليوم الثاني قالو المغرب وكان وقت خروجي وبالرغم من اني وضعت عدم الازعاج دخلو ونظفو وانا بالخارج
