Неймовірне обслуговування і локація дуже хороша
Дуже розкішний готель в маленькому містечку. Неочікувано для мене. Хороший номер, всі зручності. В готелі є магазин. Зовсім близько до сусіднього містечка Косів, де є прекрасні кафе та ресторани.
Це гарний готель щоб зупинитись, близько до центру, але дуже погана дорога. Велика паркова. Ми приїхали дуже пізно, але нас зустріли, і все було готове до нашого приїзду

The hotel is located on a bad potholed village road but is located in the best region of Ukraine’s Carpathian national park. From here is a nice day trip to Bukovel ski fields . Needs more coffee satchels in the room
The staff member I met at check-in was very friendly and helpful. She made sure to meet me when I arrived, showed me the features of my room, informed me of the hotel policies as well as nearby restaurants and shops, and even ordered a taxi for me very early in the morning at my request. The room was very large, modern, and clean, with a very comfortable bed.
It seems I came in the off-season (early April) when there were not other guests and the hotel's restaurant wasn't working; the hotel might not feel so remote and empty during the tourist season. Although the air conditioner kept the bedroom warm enough, it was not enough for the bathroom, which was VERY cold, like outside.

there was no central heating unfortunately - only conditioner and this is not enough for winter. i think it’s temporary and because of war, but if we knew real temperature - we would take additional blankets and maybe some touristic stuff. also road to the hotel - last 100 meters - is really impressive 😅

hotel completely unstaffed except for restaurant barman who did his best. shower did not drain properly. odour from drains. room not serviced during stay. no spare toilet roll. no toiletries except public toilet style soap dispenser. no comp water. bar fridge did not work. corridor to room unlit and dark at night. inaccurate info re taxi pricing to reach hotel.
