The breakfast was without a choice, but really big portion of good stuff - a bit nostalgic, not up to nowadays stadards, but they are in the middle of the war with limited electricity so we were glad to have warm breakfast and coffee. Personel at the reception was helpful. Will come again If coming through Poltava - okay for one night, not for longer stays I guess. The overall vibe is very old, like from early 90's or late 80's, but reasonable price, bathroom was okay and bed linen was clean.
I really didn't enjoy - russia bombing the city's energetic infrastructure, so I blame ruzzia for not having electricity and heating during the most of the stay.
