It was irresponsible action to charge for 4 star and make people stay at 2 star hotel

I booked 4 star Al safi hotel for my family and they gave us Bosporus and I was informed that Al safi is closed for whatever reason. I booked it from the USA so I believed pictures will justify the reality too. They gave us 2 star service

Au top niveaux vraiment je me croyez en HILTON

Ça n'est pas un bonne...mais un très très bonne hôtel digne d'un Sheraton, Hilton, si se n'est mieux encore ils leur manque peut-être quelques suites privatiser sur le 9ème et 10ème étage vue sur le MASJID AL HARAM avec gastronomie variées Turcs, Française, saoudienne revisité où autres servie en chambres , le prix des chambres normal et du service mérite vraiment 140$ à 160$ ,vraiment ayant fréquenté beaucoup d'hôtels WAQF AL SAFI les mérite réellement.
