Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest, and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in along with the ID (passport or national ID).

For Ramadan 18th February 2026 through 18th March 2026, the standard check-in time is after 16:00 hrs. And the standard check-out time is before 12:00 hrs. For the Ramadan period.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The location is a little far from the Haram, but the bus service every 20–30 minutes makes it manageable. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent breakfast and decent accessibility.

Cons:

the reception staff who were extremely professional and quick in providing all services. They made the stay smooth and comfortable.
