Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest, and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in along with the ID (passport or national ID).

الموقع جميل

جاي من سفر خط وكنت محرم قلت لموظفة الاستقبال ابي السرير كنق قالت مو متوفر بعدين اصريت وقالت تمام بنضبطك وعطوني بالدور التاسع طلعت بالمصعد جلست 20 دقيقه ادور فوق ماحصلتها وطلعت اخر شي ببرج ثاني والمصاعد اللي انا طلعت معها غير وباب مخفي مايبين ولا عليه ارشادات المهم دخلت وحصلت الغرفه سريرين فردي حاولت اتواصل مايردون ساعه شكل كانت نهاية شفت الموظفات وسلكت لي بموضوع الكينق بعدين رد موظف بلغته وقال مافيه للاسف كينق قلت امرنا لله خلو العامل يجي يشبك السريرين ببعض جاني العامل وله ريحة شينه ماهو نظيف والغرفه كلها صارت لها ريحه منه قلت لهم اغراضي بالباركينق مافي احد يطلعها لي قالو معليش في تشيك ان وزحمة اليوم ويمكن يتاخر عليك العامل من ساعه الى ساعه ونص اظطريت اعتمر واغراضي نامت بالسياره ولما رجعت بخير بلغت الاخ محمد بالقصه واعتذر مني وماكان بيده حل اكيد لكن من البدايه هي سبحان الله تجربة غير مريحه نهائي ناهيك عن الفرشه فيها بقع والاثاث مو ذاك الزود بدائي جداً وسجادة الصلاة لها ريحة مقرفه للاسف اصلي وانا منكتم والعزل اسوأ من السيئ اكتشفت كل الغرفه انها بديل مافي جدران صوت اللي جنبي اسمعه لدرجة لما جو بعد الفجر صحيت من النوم على اصوات الاطفال والبيبان انا اخترت هوليدي على الاسم توقعت اني بحصل راحتي ولكن للأسف انصدمت ولن تتكرر

A wonderful experience and an exceptional stay. I would especially like to thank Ms. Wijdan for her warm welcome, high level of professionalism, beautiful smile, and continuous support. She was extremely helpful and always made sure that my stay was comfortable and memorable.

Honestly, the way the staff treated me, especially Wijdan, reflects a high level of service and genuine care for the guests. Thank you to her and to the hotel management. I will definitely be visiting again.

الموقع جميل لكنه بعيد نسبيا عن الحرم وstaffبشوش ومحترم

للأسف الاستجابه بطيئه جدا طلبت أكثر من مره اكل housekeeping للنظافه الغرفه لكن بعد اربع مرات عقبال مجت وكمان الاوتوبيسات بتاعه الحرم صغيره وقال duration بتاعتها بعيده والاعداد بتكون كبيره مش بتكفي الاتوبيس وناس كتير مش بتعرف تركب وبتلحا التاكسي علشان تلحق الصلاه وانا عملتها حوالي 3 مرات للحاق بالصلاه لاني لم اتمكن من الركوب بسبب الذحام وقله عدد الاوتوبيسات وبلغت المسؤلين لكني لم أرى استجابه خلال أيام الاقامه

Pros:

L'hôtel répondait à mes attentes. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je me rends dans cet établissement, et tout s'est toujours très bien passé. Le service est constamment à la hauteur. Je le recommande vivement !
