مقبولة لكن الخيارات واسعة ومتنوعة ، لذلك لن اعيد التجربة

ضخ الماء في الحمامات غير جيد !
كلمت الموظفين اكثر من مرة ، لكن افادوني انهم لا يستطيعون تحسين ضخ الماء !!!
الاصوات والازعاج ، يبدو ان العزل ضعيف !

The room provided did not match the pictures shown on Booking.com. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, he informed me that the photos displayed are often from a different Emar branch, which was quite misleading and did not reflect the actual room I received.

قربه من الحرم وقيمته مقابل الخدمات

عدم وجود موقف للسيارة رغم وجود الخيار عند الحجز والمبرر أنها مكتملة

The friendly cleaner .

Cons:

What is shown in the advertising amd in reality are different. Bathroom is small. Drainage not working , no toiletries .bedding were dirty. Extractor fan wasnt working . Very dark . Dirty AC.

Pros:

I like the staff behavior and location was good.

Cons:

One thing which disappoint me that the room which i booked was not given to me, instead they give me small size and very conjusted room even there was no space for pray. But during booking they showed me some other room but actully they give me very small room.
