I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

Very close to the Holy Mosque with a parking.
Reception staff hospitality, specially Talal & Samir.
House keeping staff were very helpful, specially Farid & Ashiq.
Our stay was so nice overall, and whenever I visit Al Madina I will stay there.

مكانه قريب من الحرم وفيه خدمات جنبه

Cons:

اخذت غرفة بالدور الثاني لكن مافيهم عزل ازعاج اذا تجي تنام تسمع كل شي حولك كأنك نايم باللوبي كثير مرات صحيت فيها بسبب الاصوات اللي برا غرفتي لان مافي عزل
