Nice stay in Mace nice hotel emaar elite
Pros:

My stay is excellent. The hotel is very close to harm mosque. It is very clean and the restaurant is very good have a different type of food

كمان في ضيافة تمر و قهوة عربي كانت حارة و ممتازة الصراحة
في ماي و شاي و سكر و قهوة
الاستقبال حلوين بشوشين
و طاقم العمل في المطعم قمة الاحترام

بس الباقي تمام
كمان يحتاحو يوفروا باصات بشكل اكثر للحرم و يكون ليه مواعيد خصوصا ان الفندق على هضبة
في الذهاب للحرم سهل جدا لانه نزول
اما العودة بيكون صعب شوية يعني لو عرفونا بمواعيد الباصات كان بيكون افضل

Resepsiyon görevlileri hariç her şey çok iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Otele Ramazan ayında 6 gece olarak konaklama yaptık. Otelin ve odaların temizliği iyiydi. Asansörler yeterliydi neredeyse hiç beklemedik. Yemek yemedim o sebeple bir şey diyemeyeceğim. Her öğün 65 riyalmiş. Pahalı geldi. Otelde Özbekler kalıyor genelde. Otelin Kabeye uzaklığı yürüme mesafesinde fakat yolun dik yokuş olması yaşlılar ve çocuklar için zor olabilir. Yarım saatte bir servisi var. Kabeye giderken yokuş aşağı olduğundan genelde yürüdük. 12 dk sürüyor. Servis şirketi aynı olduğundan bazen yol üzerindeki otellerin servislerine bindik. Dönüşte Zemzem Towerın arkasındaki ajyad garajdan servisler var ve tüm servisler ilk durak olan bu otelinde önünde duruyor. 1 dk sürmüyor. İsterseniz yürüyebilirsiniz fakat dik bir yokuşu göze almanız gerekir. Resepsiyon görevlilerinin tavırları hariç otelden memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Otele Medine'den akşam namazına yarım saat kala ihramlı geldik. Normalde 2 kişinin kalabileceği odaya 4 yatak atmışlar 4 kişi kalmamızı ve oteldeki tüm odaların böyle olduğunu söylediler. Ben ısrarla odaya 4 kişi sığmadığımızı geniş odada kalmak istediğimizi söylesem de resepsiyon görevlisi oruçlu ağızla yemin ederek diğer odalarda aynı dedi. Sürem kısıtlı olduğu içi uzatmadan Kabe'ye gidip orucumuz açtık ve umremizi tamamladık. Dönüşte konuyu tekrar ifade ettim ama ısrarla odalar aynı dediler. Bende bu odada kalmak istemediğimi kalacaksam da yataklar hariç odadaki tüm eşyaları koridora çıkaracağım dedim. Bunun üzerine odamızı aynı katta daha geniş bir odayla değiştirdiler. Otelden saat 14 de çıkış yaptık. Gece uçağımız olduğu için akşama kadar eşyalarımızı bırakabilir miyiz dedik. Otel yoğun koyacak yerimiz yok dediler. Ben ısrar edince etiket verip eşyalar için ayrılmış odaya koydular. Akşam eşyalarımızı alıp havaalanına gittik.
