Good place to stay
Pros:

Decent and clean. TV has some international channels, which was good for a change. I asked for a discount for the potential second night if reserving directly and without booking.com, but they wouldnt give any, which is why I moved to a cheaper place the second night.

Cons:

There was a weird noise coming from the water pump, which is why I had to change from floor 4 to 2. But even there I could still hear it through the wall. It was kind of regularly and therefore quite annoying. If you dont get bother by noise, it is probably fine, but for me it was nerv-wrecking even if just rather quiet.

Pros:

The hotel has been recently renovated and is very clean. It is very well located within Phu Yen, there are multiple food options and numerous cafés within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay.
