بصراحه تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي وراح اكرر الزياره ان شاءالله والفندق نظيف وموقعه قريب جداً من المسجد النبوي أوصي بشدة

A great place to stay with good service and a convenient location.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, very convenient for getting around and close to Prophet's Mosque (Haram). The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options each morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made the stay very relaxing.

Cons:

The only downside was that the breakfast area could get quite crowded in the morning, which made it a bit difficult to find a table.

Le personnel au top
La proximité de la Mosquée
Bon sohoor, beaucoup de choix , salés, sucrés, chaud, froid

Cons:

L'isolation, chassis cassés --> Prévoyez des boules quies car on entend tout comme si nous étions dehors.
Manque de variété au niveau des œufs (il y avait que des œufs durs parfois œufs brouillés)

Excelente ubicación, pero con ruido exterior.
Pros:

Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es su excelente ubicación. La cercanía a los lugares de interés es su punto más fuerte y lo que más brilla de la experiencia. Facilita muchísimo la estancia en Medina.

Cons:

​El aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones es mejorable. A pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas, se escucha mucho el ruido del tráfico y la circulación de vehículos del exterior. Considero que el hotel ganaría mucho nivel si instalaran ventanas con doble acristalamiento o cristales de aislamiento acústico, que corten el ruido totalmente para garantizar un descanso óptimo.

On a bien aimer L emplacement , le service de nettoyage dans les chambre , le parking gratuit … le service d accueil aussi était très gentille

L agent de sécurité, désagréable impolie , pas professionnel du tout .le repas sur place était pas terrible
