A very pleasant stay—I only wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros:

A very nice and clean hotel, from the rooms to the restaurant.
The staff is kind and helpful, with special thanks to Brother Adel, an especially honest and trustworthy person.
Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient.

Cons:

It was Ramadan, a peak season, which made things quite challenging at times. Still, I believe it was the right choice, offering both comfort and the opportunity to experience the spiritual atmosphere of the Haram up close.
I would love to go again during a less busy season. I’m sure the experience would be even more enjoyable and relaxed.

الموقع قريب الحرم جدا جهة باب قباء والسلام وبعيد عن باب دخول النساء نظيف الفندق المصاعد متوفره ولا زحام عليها الترحيب من الاستقبال وجود بقاله أسفل الفندق وجلسة كافي في العموم مناسب وراضي عن اختياره

الغرفه ضيقه بالنسبه لعدد اربعه أشخاص
المواقف غير متوفره والنزول لها ضيق وعددها محدود جدا ما يقارب إلى خمسه وعشرون موقف تقريبا الغرفه نتجاوز ال200 فتقع في حرج وانت وحظك وان خرجت يدخل غيرك فتصبح متخوف تخرج وترجع لاتجد موقف هذا الشي الذي تقيمه صفر المواقف غير ذلك ممتاز ويمكن تقف بمواقف الحرم الساعه بريال فلو تحملها الفندق كنوع من الحل وفق الله الجميع

الفندق بجوار الحرم وقريب من الشرع العام من الجهة الشمالية يوجد بقالات في الاسفل ويوجد ماء وغلاية قهوة وشاي

رائحة الغرف وكذلك الشباك بدون شبك مما يدخل البعوض والمواقف محددوة جدا ولم اجد موقف سيارة ولم يقدموا حلول
