Short trip to Alor Setar
Pros:

Location near places of interest & easy parking

Cons:

Not providing basic toiletries like toothbrush & paste.
A bit noisy at night if room facing the Tower & nearby playground

Pleasant short stay

It is value for money but at the expense of comfort and a quiet stay

The location is good. It is very near to most attractions

Cons:

The room aircon is not strong enough. It took a long time to cool the room. One can only feel cold in the morning after the aircon has run for many hours. The hotel can be noisy because of the nearby open space where children play with rental battery powered bikes . The operator tends to to turn on their music too loud

Cons:

The room we were first allocated turned out to have a leaking aircon. We were moved to another room, which had a faulty tap at the sink that sprayed water on our bodies.
The mattress was hard.
Sounds from the outside intruded into the room.
