Value for money with great location
Pros:

Set one's expectation right with the budget on this hotel to begin with. It is a value for money and don't compare with 5 stars rating hotel for sure

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location is very centralized. I had no issues with parking space for my car. The staff are friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs some improvement. Our bath towels were hung up properly to reuse, unfortunately, the housekeeper didn’t understand that. I rinsed my coffee cup to prevent stains, left it by the toilet sink, it was still there when I got back in the evening. The other cup had coffee stains from the previous stay.
