Terrible policy. I reserved this place on booking dot com which I will not use in the future
Pros:

I arrived and there was a power outage. The power outage was not something the property had any control over. I immediately asked for a refund which was denied. I went back an hour later and power was still out and no refund was given. I had a nice stay at the best western instead

Cons:

I had to pay even tho I could not check in. I should have been able to cancel

I wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The room was not worth the money paid for 1 night. The room next door was smoking pot and we could smell it. THe safe wouldn't stop beeping and never used it.

Well located. Overpriced. Not so clean. Horrible check-in experience. Pool : available elsewhere.

Location. The breakfast availability.

Cons:

The check-in process is horrible. Over 45 min. to check-in. Had to pay to get a parking spot available. It was no so clean. Did not have cutelery and dishes. You had to call the front desk which was severly understaff. The check in office is a central desk location where over 20 small motels are managed.

Great location and great value
Pros:

The location is wonderful, we love the beach, pools and boardwalk! The rooms themselves are aging, but new flooring has made a nice upgrade. The age maybe shows most in the bathrooms. We stayed for one night after our cruise vacation. The staff is busy (could use more than one at front desk) but friendly and helpful. Even grounds crew went out of their way to help. We have come back twice now because of the value we get for the location.

This is be my spot to come anytime I visit Ft. Lauderdale Icome every year and the value is fine for the accommodations
