Absolutely amazing and magical.
Pros:

Everything. The pool, the lounge, the grounds. Our studio room was so cool and cozy. The record player and vintage couch were a nice touch. Gorgeous spacious bathroom and a comfy bed. The staff was incredible, we felt comfortable and taken care of. Couldn’t have been better.

Cons:

It didn’t affect us, but climbing stone stairs with luggage could be a struggle for some! I’m sure accommodations can be made for those unable to carry bags up the steps.

Pros:

Austin is known for being quirky and this hotel is. Location is superb; right off Congress. Perla is up one block. We had drinks served poolside one afternoon. Drinks were delicious and being able to sit under a covered arbor in the shade was wonderful, given Austin’s warm temperatures this time of year. Lovely, large room with seating area and bar/sink. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous property, fab staff - will stay again. ❤️
Pros:

Relaxed vibe, very boutique feel with gorgeous decor everywhere..24 hr access to pool. Record player. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. Grounds felt really private and well maintained. Free parking. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both were lovely but preferred the pool bungalow for privacy and space. I can see why celebs choose to stay here. We wished we could stay longer but it was fully booked so they helped us book their sister hotel next door (Magdelena) which was also cute decor wise, great brekky & staff etc but had a lot of guests and was more rowdy and less personal than St Cecilia’s.
Big shout out to Tara who looked after us, extended our stay and made sure a pregnancy pillow and heavy bags were sorted out ☺️

Cons:

Almost everything was perfect but sadly the food/cafe needs work. Everything we had was overly salted, even the butter for croissants had like a teaspoon of salt on top. Sadly the morning coffee was either incorrect or awful everytime. There was 0 consistency. A flat white is not filtered coffee with a dash of milk. They always seemed to forget sugar. A trained barista and a chef who is not so heavy handed on the salt would step things up a level.
