very very bad
Pros:

no breakfast, very small room for 3 people, very lousy people next to us kept us up almost all night, no seurity. it was so bad we left saturday morning. and no refunds. stayed there 1 night and the worst night ever,

I’m gonna offer for the price that I paid, I would stay here again. It was clean. It was half updated. It had new beds,

The facilities were clean. The beds were new. The floors were new.

Cons:

No lighting the TV didn’t work my ceiling leaked when it rained and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t move my room. Parking area was dark.

el lugar es muy amplio me gustó salir a caminar alrededor de sus instalaciones y pues tiene muy buena vista 👌

Cons:

lo malo que a la hora de comer y encender el bbq tengas que soportar lo caliente y los rayos del sol ...pero yo resolví poniendo mi sombrilla y solo haci pude cocinar ...además de que la plancha del bbq esta al aire libre cuando llueve ..se ve toda oxidada y pues yo creo que necesita una buena cubierta

Not bad but not great. Cheap price. You get what you pay for
Pros:

Close to beach and boardwalk. Extremely friendly and kind staff. You are left alone and not bothered at all. Good price. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Clean pool.

Cons:

Tiny room. Mold in the mini freezer. The pricing is cheap so you get what you pay for. The towels are stained and the room is not the cleanest. If you want a nice hotel room you will have to go to a different hotel and pay more money. For the price it's exactly what I expected. The staff and the man who is the manager or owner is so nice and you can tell he cares.

Towels were small and thin... tv and internet could use an update. Internet did not work on phones on bedrooms.

Could have used full size fridge and more dresser space

Gratefully, my visit was short.
Pros:

Not aware of a breakfast offering.
The overhead lighting was good. Hard board flooring is a good option.

Cons:

Only one small garbage can in the bathroom = no good. The light on the nightstand had very low wattage bulb. No chair or desk. Prison cells have more appointments. The a/c did not work well.

Dirty place great location great staff
Pros:

The location is perfect and the staff at the front desk were amazing.

Cons:

It’s very outdated. The room was dirty and smelled bad. There was trash under the beds and couch (old food) The pull out sofa bed was
like sleeping on plywood. The dressers were filthy we had to live out of
our suit cases. The pool was cloudy and dirty my kids wouldn’t go in it. The only good thing about this place is the location and the staff.
