Fantastic vacation spot. Love staying at Yankee Clipper. My family and I hav been staying here for 30 years. You can't beat the price, location, staff, pool, all the fun things to do like ping pong and minature golf. Loving walking out of my room and a just steps away from the beach. Definitely staying here again next summer.

When the manager is there. The place runs by the rules.
When the manager is away it's like a preschool free for all. You have to ask for clean towels. Daily house keeping is a joke. They don't come and check if u need toilet paper never mind changing garbages they have no rules for guests with kids and teenagers. Its like after 10pm the managers family members who are supposed to be managing the place would rather treat the place like a private house party. Was told by manager was able to chang rooms to be closer to family. Family was on the first .I was on 3rd. When inquired about changing no one had a clue as to what I was talking about. The pool is never cleaned and the drunks who were poolside till we'll after midnight left red solo cups floating in the water

The only Postive was the location.
Did not feel safe staying here. Rooms were dirty. We saw adults abusing their children. Pool says closes at 7pm and people were in it all night and we had a room right next to the pool. People were setting off fireworks at 3am. No room service. They only provide a sheet no change of
Towles. Just bad!
The amenities were great, pool was clean, staff were friendly, close to beach and could see the ocean from room.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Even the sofa bed. You could feel the springs. Couch could have used a good cleaning and same with shower area. Grout needed cleaned. Blankets were thin, no comforter provided and pillows were terrible as well. Could have had more storage for belongings, hangers to hang clothing and hooks to hang bath towels after use would been great. Lighting was not great either

In the reservation, said that it was 2 beds and a sofa bed, and it was not like that.
Staff was friendly. They also extremely helpful. Plenty of parking.

I liked the ping pong, mini golf, close to the beach, the pool. The staff was accommodating and friendly.
We had several issues, the sink was leaking under the cabinets, ceiling was leaking and they just popped up with dirty mop and didnt reclean, light went out in bathroom, the room was so wet with humidity everything was slick AND why we left early and asked for a full refund, we found roaches!!!
