Pros:

Breakfast was hit or miss. The first day it was a pleasant surprise. The second day was big falloff. Didn't eat the third day. Staff was very friendly when they were available. Called multiple times to Housekeeping and Front Desk to ask for more rags with no answer. Went to the Front Desk and waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me (even with other employees walking by and not acknowledging me). No one ever came to the desk. Needs to be easier to get linens daily.

The room, common areas, and exterior were very clean and well maintained . The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was unfortunately , very unconfortable. They really need new beds. Breakfast was good. Oatmeal was cold, so were Eggs. But overall out of 10 I would give it a 7

My stay was grand.
Pros:

I loved the room in general. My name was on the TV when I walked in lol also, the bathroom was huge! The bed was firm but comfy.

Cons:

I think they are painting the outside of the building so the windows were covered in plastic. It would've been nice to have the morning sunlight peek through.
