When I stayed at the hotel earlier this month I left a buffalo leather belt there by mistake without realizing. The hotel kept it for me until my recent visit.

Otima localização, porém sem janelas.
Pros:

Localização excelente, no coração do centro histórico de Hanói. Foi fácil de achar, pelo motorista do Grab e as pessoas que se emcontravam na recepção foram muito solícitas em nos ajudar.

Cons:

O quarto é muito pequeno, com espaço apenas para a cama. Isso não seria um problema grave para uma noite apenas, mas o grande problema é não ter janelas para receber ar fresco. Me parece que muitas acomodações na região não tem janelas, e o mofo tem cheiro forte. Achei outra acomodação próxima, com grande janela e ótima circulação de ar. Me pareceu ser algo cultural (a falta de janelas). 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pros:

The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The place was fairly quiet, much to my surprise.

Cons:

Some things in the room weren't cleaned like the inside of the wardrobe. Also guests coming in late had to ring the doorbell, which woke me up.

The main door to the building is beeing closed up (steel gates) for the night, so every person coming back needs to ring the bell that wakes up everybody 😑

The sockets don’t work in the room , so I couldn’t recharge my phone and my shaving machine ! The owner closed the gates of the property with 2 chains, in the night time , so , if it was a fire in the building all the guests could die because they can not go outside !!!! This is a craziness ! The owner doesn’t speak English , I couldn’t understand with him . He is also , recepționer of the “hotel “.i don’t understand how Booking.com works with this kind of accommodations !!! All night long , until 5 a.m. the music from the clubs from Bui Viên street is so loud , so , nobody sleeps in the building !
