Quiet. Clean. Friendly hotel.
Pros:

Quiet street right beside terrible, loud, prostitute-lined bar street. There are about 15 hotels on this street. All similar style. Had two tiny balconies but no chair to enjoy then. The woman at front desk spoke English.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The management was highly professional, organized, and very attentive to guests’ needs. Everything was handled smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Cheap and a bit tired, but if you don't mind that go for it.
Pros:

relatively quiet despite the fact that it is in the partying area of the city. staff did not speak any english, which made communication rather challenging at times, though they did attend to my requests (extra blanket, etc) Very good location if you don't mind a bit of noise during the night.

Cons:

Could have been a bit cleaner and it is a bit a tired. The bathroom is rather small, so if you want something more pleasant, bigger and cleaner it is not for you.
