Pros:

Khách sạn giá rẻ nhưng rất sạch sẽ, anh nhân viên dễ thương rất hỗ trợ. Khách sạn có đủ thang máy, vòi nước nóng lạnh, máy sấy,... Wifi đôi lúc không xài được nhưng tổng quan chuyến đi đều rất ok và hài lòng.

Not really bad
Pros:

Good location and supportive staff. We came at around 5a.m but the hotel still opened and we could rested on the sofa

Cons:

The room don't have a window although we paid more to upgrade the room. The room and bed sheet are not clean. I won't stay here if I have a longer trip

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Things are in urgent need of repairs. Blocked drain, broken showerhead, no lightbulb in lamp... On top of that, every towel had stains on them, even replacement ones we've asked for, hoping to get clean ones...
