I recently stayed at Al Safwah Grand Hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch—staff were always friendly, attentive, and ensured that all my needs were met with a smile.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleaning service was exceptional, with the room being spotless every day. I could tell the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.

طاقم الاستقبال كان لطيفا جدا وخصوصا الشاب المصري باسم
وقد قام بتدفئة وتجهيز الغرفة قبل وصولنا
الاستقبال شباب فى قمة الذوق والتعاون
المكان واعد ان شاء الله لكن يخلصوا الإضافات والأعمال اللى شغالين فيها حاليا

i like most is the value for money and every thing you need is in one room for a cheaper price.
wifi is weak
أعجبني موظف الاستقبال الأستاذ المحترم/عاصم ربيع من الجنسية المصرية فهذا الموظف يعطي صورة حسنة وطيبة عن الفندق وأوصي إدارة الفندق بمكافأته ولو معنويا على جهوده
رائحة دخان السجائر منتشرة بأرجاء الفندق خاصة عند الاستقبال فياليت الإدارة تنبه وتمنع ذلك أيضا لم يعجبني تعطل المصعد وكذلك هاتف الاتصال داخل الغرفة لايعمل
