When I arrived, I was told that there were no available rooms because the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction. They then told me they would transfer me to another hotel that was far from the Haram. Of course, I refused.
After that, they gave me a room on the ninth floor, but it smelled strongly of fresh paint. I couldn’t sleep the entire first night because of the overwhelming paint smell.
The next day, I complained, and they moved me to another room on the same floor. Then, after two days, they came to my room again and asked me to move to yet another room, this time on the second floor.
Honestly, when people travel from another country to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, they expect good service, especially since they are paying for it. Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not helpful, and the hotel manager was not honest with us.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.


لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، للأسف يكذبون منذ لحظة وصولك، ولا أفهم لماذا يقبلون طلب الحجز على Booking. صراحةً صُدمت من هذا التصرف، مع العلم أنني كنت قادمة في الطائرة لمدة 12 ساعة، وكنت أريد فقط الدخول والاستراحة قبل أداء العمرة. لكن الموظفين، وحتى المدير، قالوا لي إنه لا توجد غرف شاغرة، واقترحوا عليّ فندقًا آخر.
بالطبع لم أقبل، وسألتهم: لماذا تم قبول طلبي على التطبيق؟ فأجابوني بأنهم لم يغلقوا الحجز! يا له من جواب غير منطقي. كما أن حالة الغرف مزرية، ورائحة طلاء الجدران لا تُطاق، حتى بالنسبة لشخص عادي، فكيف بالمسنين والمرضى؟
يجب على وزارة الحج أن تراقب وضع هذه الفنادق في مكة، فمن غير المعقول أن تدفع أموالك ثم تجد نفسك في فندق لا تُحتمل فيه رائحة الغرفة. أنا غير راضية عن تصرفهم وتعاملهم إطلاقًا.

The hotel provides no designated drop-off area for guests during check-in. There is no safe space to stop briefly and unload luggage or family members. While dropping off my family at the hotel entrance, I received a heavy traffic fine from the traffic police.
A hotel should provide a proper drop-off zone. At the very least, the hotel should coordinate with the relevant authorities or clearly inform guests about the parking and drop-off restrictions. This significantly affected what should have been a smooth check-in experience.
