A localização e a vista sobre o rio. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis, incluindo com o late check out que funcionou muito bem, a comunicação antes durante e depois foi muito boa. Embora por vezes não esteja ninguém na receção, respondem sempre por WhatsApp. A tour organizada pelo hotel ao botanic garden, paradise cave e phong nha foi excelente!

Cons:

Sendo uma homestay não podemos pedir luxos mas acho que há algumas coisas simples que podem ser melhoradas. Havia toalhas de mão que não cheiravam bem, havia falta de uma mesa de cabeceira e um caixote do lixo no quarto. Algum barulho dos barcos logo de manhã cedo também é compreensível e aceita-se devido à excelente localização.

Soso et son mari ont ete très dans l'anticipation avant et après notre arrivée pour le bus et les excursions a faire et nous ont bien aidé.
Le lieu est tres beau , la chambre simple mais donne sur la réception. Le petit déjeuner simple en revanche l'assiette de fruit était une banane.. dans les homestay suivant et equivalent nous avions mangue, pastèque,ananas,banane fruit du dragon..

Cons:

Soso nous a fortement conseillé l'excursion. Treck de 9km dans la jungle... sans vraiment savoir le contenu car il faut se baigner avec les chaussures et j'avais posé la question et elle m’avait dit que non. Il faut quand même une bonne condition physique et a aucun moment ce point a été évoqué
mais surtout a notre arrivée le soir il fallait acheter a l’hotel des pantalons 300 000 vnd par personne et des hauts avec manche ...on nous dit qu'il y a les moustiques et qu’il faut se proteger...ca ressemble un peu a de la vente forcee .. je n'ai pas du tout apprécié
Et pour finir nous avons donné notre linge a laver qui nous a été restitue dans une paniere non plié et surtout nous avons tout redonné a laver a l’hotél suivant car le linge sentait mauvais.. en 3 semaines c'est la seule fois où ça nous est arrive

Pros:

The hotel was charming and conveniently located in the center of town. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and the hosts went out of their way to arrange quality tours for us, which we enjoyed very much. Overall, they were there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good and satisfying, especially before heading out on a day of trekking.

Panorama meraviglioso
Pros:

Posizione ottima e staff accogliente e disponibile, ci hanno organizzato tour, dato indicazioni su altre attività e abbiamo anche preso degli ottimi caffè. Il posto pulito, silenzioso, vista ottima. Bagno funzionale con tutti i servizi necessari.

Pros:

AMAZING location. Amazing hosts and English speaking which is a big bonus. The location is to die for with the most stunning views. Great food onsite. Extremely helpful owners. I wasn’t feeling well so they went and got me some medicine and made me some beautiful soup that made me feel so much better. I can absolutely recommend this stay 150%

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Pros:

Tuvimos las habitaciones enfrente del Rio. Eran cómodas y las vistas excepcionales. En el hotel fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en lo que necesitamos.. Un lugar acogedor sin pretensiones. Nos lo pasamos muy bien en la excursión a cueva paradise y dark cave.

Notre hôte s'est montré arrangeant et nous a conseillé pour organiser une de nos journées sur place.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé un transport vers Hûe ( aucun problème) mais le véhicule était vraiment trop grand pour nous ( minibus de 20 places pour 5 !). Nous aurions préféré une option plus mesurée.

La vue magnifique depuis la chambre 106
Pros:

La famille est très serviable et disponible. La vue depuis la chambre 106 et de la terrasse commune!!!

Cons:

L’isolation phonique (on entend tout), l’état de délabrement général (tuyau de douche qui fuit, les fils qui sortent de partout, les objets qui pendouillent ou qui traînent ou qui manquent), l’odeur des remontées d’égoût continuelles dans la sdb). La qualité du pt déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on a connu dans les différents homestays.
Il y a un petit décalage entre les photos et la réalité.
