Bien placé.
4 jours, pas de ménage, pas de serviettes de toilette changées. Personnel très souriant, mais aucun service. Demande de location de scooter, la réponse fut qu'il n'y avait pas de location pour les étrangers, hors, en cherchant sur internet, nous avons loué une moto en 10mn. Bref, aucun effort pour essayer de comprendre nos besoins. Si vous n'avez besoin de rien. C'est un bon endroit.

Excellent room. It was clean, spacious and practical, and had both a fan and aircon. It was a table, chairs, fridge and a kettle in the room...and YES, the fridge did not come off when you left the room, so I could return to cold ones on the balcony in the evenings. The balcony was tiny and unfurnished though, but you might figure out how to get a chair out there. It was just the kind of room I needed in this completely untouristy town. Excellent WiFi. Friendly staff who speak some English. There's a cozy coffee shop 2 doors down the street and a big supermarket nearby.
In the description on Booking.com, it says bicycle rental, but they don't have any. I also wish they had at least basic information regarding onward transport, because everything has changed. Clearly they know that there is a long distance bus station 4km out of town and that the new city bus station has direct minibuses to Sa Dec and Vinh Long. Also they should know that you can take bus 661 (Vinh Long bus) from the city bus station to the jct for Xeo Quyt Forest. It took me half a day to track down my possibilities for onward transport, as nothing is online. (I had previously changed transport 9 times to make it here from Chao Doc, so little help would have been much appreciated)

The staff were amazing! As a foreigner here to travel, they made everything easy for me with their services. The rooms were also very comfortable and great value for money. There was not much information online about this province. The staff went above and beyond to make my 2 days in Cao Lanh very enjoyable. There is also an amazing vegetarian restaurant right next to this hotel. Thank you!
The employees were very kind and helpful. Even though they barely spoke English.
The room was quite dirty. There was a weird smell and the beds were very uncomfortable. Also there was no toilet paper and the airconditioning was working poorly.
