Dù ở vùng quê nhưng chất lượng phục vụ tốt, giữa đêm có khách mở nhạc làm ồn mình complai cho lễ tân và đc giải quyết liền. Phòng thoải mái và sạch sẽ

Big room and comfortable bed.

The TV was in Vietnamese and had no instructions on how to change. Not an issue as I am not TV type of person, but just a constructive criticism.

Pros:

Large rooms, bright, bed fairly comfy for Asian standard though still on the hard side. Friendly staff though English is variable, but Google Translate helped us out.

Cons:

The hotel is on a very busy road, with loads of trucks and loud horns until late and from very early morning. Our room was right under the restaurant and they start setting up for breakfast at 4am, with service starting at 6am... lots of chairs dragging noises....so don't expect a lie in. We also had no hot water for the duration of the stay. Cleanliness could be improved. Geckos in the room leaving droppings on curtains and surfaces.

Gecko hotel
Pros:

Good location, matras was good.

Cons:

There were many gecko's in the hotel, I had 5 in my room. They made a lot of noise at night so could not sleep and later found out one crawled into my bed. The security guard looked to find them, but they hide and can enter the room again easily.
There was only a small blanket to sleep under, no sheets.
We could only pay by cash.
